The location

There was ants in the room, many ants, they tried to clean they, they were coming back, my wife and I had to go buy another product at Walmart to kill them, but... It was nasty... Very nasty...

Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available even though I had made a reservation and had proof of reservation. Myself and my daughter were displaced with no hotel and no apologies. Just told to contact booking.com who I made the reservation through. Staff was not polite and did not seem to care at all that we had a reservation with no room.

it was dirty, staff were never at the front desk as I was coming and going and had to wait to check in and check out. location was shady and the breakfast was piss poor….coffee was gone by 7:30 and apparently no mor could be made.

There were roaches in the room. I was supposed to get two queen and there was one queen. It was more expensive than the quote.

This is my worst hotel experience in many years.

There is nothing to like about this property.

From the front doors to the hallways to the rooms and bathrooms to the furnishings, this hotel is designed for people they expect to steal from it. It is stripped down to the barest level. for example, there is no ice in the hotel. The best I can do for you is give you ice trays to allow you to make your own. The refrigerators are so old this task couldn’t be accomplished quickly. If you have any other option, do not come here.

The staff were all 5 star!! They were friendly, courteous and helpful!

The air conditioner was so loud! It actually kept me awake.most of the night , every bed should be at least a queen size. My mistake I'm sure. Lastly, there were roaches! 😳🤔

Pleasant

Receptionist was AMAZING! Knew the area and where to point us for things to do! Room was clean and there were plenty of towels and soap (which doesn't always happen when we visit different hotels!)

Room smelled like smoke even thought we were told it was nonsmoking. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The only thing I Liked was the location was very quiet.

There was a stinch as soon as you walk in. The Lobby as well as the room. It was not clean and the toilet would not flush

Ok for the price

Staff was very nice. Lobby and rooms were clean. Nice to have a small kitchenette to be able to cook and whatnot. Option to open the window instead of AC was nice too.

Bed was kind of hard but that's a personal thing. Tv wire was messed up so when we moved the TV to watch from a different part of the room it would turn off. Did find some bugs in our room which is not unheard of, but they were unwelcomed bugs if you catch my drift.

I would pick another chain of hotels.

Not much. I have never stayed at one of these extended stay places, but when it says FULL kitchen I didn't expect it to be empty of any and all utensils, etc.

Nothing in the FULL kitchen. No ice machine or access to any ice. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have ice!

Could be much better with little effort.

Staff was friendly.

Floors and counters were dirty. No coffee in the room. Double Beds were broke down on the sides had to sleep in the middle.

Hotel bed uncomfortable, towels dirty looking, no pots, pans, plates, forks, spoons and etc! The floor needed to be vacuum, Chairs, Table and furniture in the room needed to be dusted (DUSTY)
