Good location.
The room smelled musty. We slept with the window open for fresh air. When we arrived the room door was already open. I noticed later that other room doors were open also. It was a good stay for the cost, however, our allergies prefer no musty smells.

We have stayed at several AmericInns and they are always nice comfortable and the staff is warm and welcoming.
Room was clean, bathrooms and sinks were clean, and everything was working and running well.
It was a little stuffy and musty smelling, but also to be expected when it’s end of June and rainy and gross!

I think they should have scrambled eggs and also some bacon !!
I wish they would still have the hot tub !! Please get a new one or bring it back !! That was my favorite !! It was so relaxing !!
