I want a refund and my medical bills paid . I’m so scared n hurt

I WOKE UP JUST NOW AT 355 am on December 6th 2022 and BEDBUGS HAVE BITTEN ME TO HIGH HEAVEN . I’m pissed !!! I’m scared n I need a lawyer .

Stay here if saving money is your top concern.

Room: The room is big - gross - but it's big. Same for the bed: big but gross. There was a microwave and fridge, but I dared not touch it. The AC worked well. Shower had lots of hot water. Location: Starbuck is across the street. KFC, McDonalds, Sprouts, Target, and a dispensary nearby. It's not too far from K-town either. Price: It was cheaper than any other spot that I could find on short notice. If you're young, traveling with homies to visit LA, want to spend the least amount of money possible for lodging, and just want a large spot to blaze, eat food, and just need a spot to crash, this place will be fine for you.

Room: Old, smelled like smoke, wasn't vacuumed nor properly clean, I got bitten by something, there was no comforter, flusher handle didn't work but you could get it to flush be opening the back of the toilet and manually lifting the chain. If you are looking for clean lodging, a respectable place to sleep, don't enjoy the 24-7 smell of weed, are traveling with family, kids, loved ones, etc. this is not the place for you. Spend another $100 or $150 and get a decent spot. I assure you, it will be worth your sanity.

it’s ok

it’s big with everything we needed close enough and good price

blood stains in walks. manager said it was not blood but I did not se me him with a cell red blood reader. to come up with that. it looked like blood and that’s all it matters. they did not clean walls before we checked in that’s it

Next to Weho

the room wasn’t really clean, there was dust behind the bed ! the bedsheets seemed to have be cleaned even though I did see some cigarettes ashes on the pillows.

good but but left out on the street for there mistake

nice and clean nice environment

getting charge online and cash right after..it caused me to get overdraft and when tryin to get my money back I got kicked out do to me not havin the money they stole

Only used facilities to shower. Could not get any sleep b/c of other guests' all night party.

Facilities reflected the price. No complaints on that.

People directly above my room blared loud music and had a party from midnight until 6:30 AM. Did not get an ounce of sleep. Keeper should leave smaller groups on second floor and larger groups on first floor.

Compared to %98 of the other hotels in the area. The cost was less. Yet the room was bigger, and not just a little, but a lot. It was also very clean

Pleasant

Location, Free parking.

Comforter ripped and stained. Bathroom had questionable stains everywhere. Staff coming to your door in the morning to give you a reminder for check out. Not requested and before the required check out time.
