The staff was excellent …I’m an elderly woman traveling alone. I felt safe and accepted .

Adjacency to destination venue - Pittsburgh Savoyards. Price reasonable (~$100).
Toilet bowl stained, One window open two inches at the bottom could not be closed - temperature without in the forties. No blanket on the bed or in cupboard - just top sheet and thin bedspread. We used our overcoats for warmth. Bathroom basin slow to drain - plug defective.
Continental breakfast from a counter. No seating. Coffee and cupcake. Oats and hot water.
Returning from show at 10:45pm we found ourselves locked out. Had to phone to get entry that room-keys didn't provide.
