My short stay was terrible.

I had constant issues upon check-in.

The room was terrible and unclean. There was not toilet tissue, drawers were missing, the room phone did not work, there was only way way into the hotel and one way out. No worked the front desk for late check-in. They made a copy of my ID and could not tell me how they dispose of the information once I leave. I was then told they do that for cash paying people. I felt unsafe and did not feel like my information was being kept secure. I was traveling with a child and felt unsafe. I stayed one night because I did not have a choice, but I immediately checked out and found a clean and safer places to stay. I was originally booked for a 3 night stay, but could not stay.

nasty, dirty, horrible, uncomfortable, disgusting, poor service, gross, etc only bad things.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

The room was dirty when we got it. Nothing was cleaned. I told the staff if we could get house keeping and they asked me how long did I stay there, at the time I stayed 3 days so far, they told me I had to stay there for two weeks for house keeping to come. Then told me they have a broom I could borrow to clean myself. House keeping only cleans every two weeks. There were so many bugs. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to help but had to because it’s their job. The old man in the front sucks at his job. I said excuse me 3 times while he was on his phone and he ignored me. Then said with attitude “what”? Poor service. The hotel stinks, in the hallways, in the elevators. It just feels dirty and uncomfortable to where you can’t sleep knowing you’ll be okay. I was uncomfortable the entire stay. I couldn’t sleep at all knowing how dirty it was. The water was also yellow/brown. I didn’t even want to shower nor brush my teeth because of how nasty it was. The ac even felt dirty. Everything in that room was nasty and dirty. Taking off your shoes and walking bare foot felt sticky and gross. you’d have so much dirt on your foot just walking in that room. no matter how much you clean your foot, the whole bottom stays black due to dirt. I wouldn’t not recommend staying here unless it’s your last option, like in my case it was. But never again! They need to shut the hotel down.

The staff was yelling at someone on the phone for 5 minutes at check in before helping us. There was a horrible smell throughout the whole building. The room was very dirty. Had not been swept the night stand had sticky stuff all over it the drawer was filled with stuff. There was dust everywhere.

It was full of addicts one guy pulled 4 parking spaces from me and watched me unpack my luggage with his window half down there was crumbs on one of the bed and my room smelled like big spray

Very embarrassed that I booked this for a friends night out and it smelt so horrible they didn’tstay

Front desk staff was nice

Other staffing maintenance maybe walking around barefoot Room smelt like urine when I went to talk to front staff that night and following morning nobody was available.

Worst place I've even been too.

Nothing at all!

The staff was severely rude, when I got into the room it stunk and the cover to the heating cooling unit was off, the bathroom door was taped together, the floor was sticky, every time i opened the door it smelled like week and meth, there was constant homeless and drunkards areound and threatening people so it wasnt safe to let my kids out of the room, and lastly I paid to stay until sunday morning and they deactivated our key cards saturday at 3 and then said we owed them extra taxes.

the time I stay there was okay.

the location was okay, one front desk staff was helpful.

there was no house keeping, they only clean when you stay there over a week, you would have take your bedding and towels down the front desk, they only take them at a certain time, there was no breakfast, there is no swimming pool, exercise room and it was like a living a center not a hotel, room was not sweep, toilet looked like it was used. we have to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room.

find a safer place to stay

i expected a nice place with nice people. this place looked to be used by drug users and people in halfway houses, i felt like i was in a unsafe place to stay. would not recommend to anyone looking for stress free and safety.

it was locked up like it was in a bad neighborhood, and even the staff didn't feel safe there.

Great location easy to find things not a b ad place restaurants close by cocktails and easy to find your way around come here and stay

The location is right in the middle of the valley so it's easy to find everything
