Great location
Reasonable request for late checkout was dismissed out of hand, with no explanation as to why. Call to front desk for help addressing an annoying humming sound in the bedroom was brushed off, no one ever came or followed up.

Outstanding location at Lionshead, near a convergence of walking/biking trails, shops, restaurants, and the Gondola to the mountain. Hotel staff very helpful. Free local shuttle.
Wifi/internet did not work the first day. Hot water is lukewarm. No A/C in room, though only needed it in late afternoon.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room location was great, with a patio that looked out on a river.
The restaurant food was like eating fast food. Their were cans of paint in my closet but the room needs more than paint. The heat didn't work and the bathroom fixtures were cheap. The toilet barely flushed.
