Room never cooled off.

Location

The air conditioning is not big enough for the room size, we both woke up several times sweating.

First of all the male manager was very rude the room was okay except for the bed was hard the hotel is under construction at the same time so a lot of noise waking you up all the time ask for a little bit more time at checkout because we thought that check out time was 11 and they told us all they could do is give us 30 minutes because we needed to leave and was very very rude

Worst rental in all my stays ever.

Was no breakfast available until I complained than they set out the rock muffins and nothing else. No phone in the room. Wires just hanging out of the wall.

Everything could have been better. Like a cleaned room. 0 out of three days our room was cleaned. No phone in room. Coffee pot was broken. No where to hang clothes. No complimentary breakfast.

Poor facility and staff

The room was clean

The outside grounds were littered with paper and plastic bags construction materials and the place was in poor shape. The big red and yellow 8 sign was turned off and I could not see it from the highway or street it was on. The driveway was confusing located between a Service station and a funeral home. I missed my exit because I could not see the motel sign and the motel was off the main street hidden behind the funeral home. The woman at the desk (east Indian) acted like she didn't understand me or didn't speak English and just smiled when I informed her that their sign was off. The so called breakfast was an apple and dry cereal and when I asked for milk an elderly woman at the desk went back into their living quarters and brought back a gallon of milk with some milk left in it. POOR service and a run down poorly located terribly lit facility. This motel needs to be shut down and demolished. I am very unsatisfied and will not stay in another 8 motel.

Immensely deplorable mildly sums up our stay at this "Super" 8

Nothing. The breakfast was some dried up mini cinnamon rolls, frosted flakes and raisin bran that looked like they were from the beginning of time, dirty tasting lukewarm "coffee", apples that had rotten holes in them and what was labeled as and looked like orange juice and apple juice but tasted bitter and not even similar to juice. The room was smaller than expected, the coffee maker didn't work, we couldn't hear the tv at full volume. The air conditioner didn't work well enough to cool the small room probably because the filters were completely caked with filth as well as the outside of the intake vent and the output vents. We were unable to sleep the entire night because of the discomfort from the hot stuffy room. We did not get our deposit back as we were lead to believe we would and considering the complete dissatisfaction and unbelievable discomfort we regretfully paid for, refunding the $50 deposit would have been the least they could do to compensate.

So many things need to be assessed and taken care of immediately (i.e.cleaned, repaired, replaced).

Better bed spreads had holes in them, flies in the room whole time we were there, was put in smoking section when asked for non smoking, floors were dirty carpet needs cleaning, room phone didn't work, microwave was dirty had to clean before using, room had strong odor of smoke went bought air refreshers. Parking space taken by another guest staff said nothing can be done said it was free parking.

The breakfast is total garbage, just tiny rolls and crap coffee.

fire damage two doors down, neglected maintenence, and poor Breakfast made it not at all worth the price. Stay some where else.

I asked for non-smoking room and didn’t even have to step into the room before the amount of smoke smell hit my face as soon as I opened the door. I immediately asked for a refund and found another hotel.

my stay was decent.

they location was great and the staff was friendly

I had two other couples of friends books rooms the same weekend and one of their rooms were so bad that they didn’t even stay . The other room was satisfactory as was mine. you could tell ours was recently renovated. The ones who left had burn holes in the coverlet, burn holes in the carpet and nicotine stains in the bathroom. and they booked a non smoking room

The staff the room overall hospitality was very much lacking says it has breakfast went in there and it was hard very hard tiny muffins and Tiny cinnamon rolls it looks like they were there from the day before no coffee cockroaches and they refuse to give me back my deposit saying that it smelled like smoke.. which was a straight-up guy I did not smoke in the room. The very next room had been burnt very badily in the room smells like smoke from that overall was just very rude look for any reason to not give him a deposit didn't clean or pick up the room at all and my 4-day stay

Was on second floor but only 1 way up to room because a fire had blocked the other stairs so had to park on opposite side of where room was.
