Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed

It’s a motel. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s perfect. If you’re looking for something else, you won’t like it.

Rooms big and beautiful and immediate outward appearance is comforting

The fact that I took pictures of hair in the tub that there was soap that hadn't been washed out of the tub... To be fair they were willing to switch rooms problem is it the gentleman was on crutches and he's a retired veteran... So no apologies Edward I was going to be 30 minutes late picking him up they told him that he was at 11:00 or they were calling police... No late check out

Room is spacious and bed is cozy

Room could be more secure with a chain latch that actually worked especially with a single mom traveling with her daughter!

Wonderful bed, allowance for pets (although not prorated for size of pet, ours was a small, neat dog), Good location for travel. Breakfast was decent, appreciated before hitting the road again.

Towels are crying out for replacement, very thin. Renovation garbage left out in front of the rooms. Power went out in the bath area just before leaving in the AM.

It was a quick overnight stay, and everything was easy in and out, nice staff, etc.

Comfortable beds but that's about it.

People living out of their vans in the motel parking lot. Noisy, yelling and partying in the parking area/courtyard just out front of the motel doors. Went on until 12:30 am. Paid $186 for a really terrible night. Disappointing to say the least. I will not stay here again. Next time I'm passing through Kfalls, I'll pay a few dollars more to stay in a Best Western or Shilo Inn... Also, the wireless network is an unsecured connection and I was not able to connect my computer to their internet.

This looked like a drug house. We drove through the parking lot and left found a different place. 😢

The bed was comfortable and the front desk girl was nice. That’s about all that was nice

Found a hair in the bathtub and the sink. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and I couldn’t even call the front desk to ask about it because the phone didn’t work. Nowhere on the website did it say the pool and hot tub were closed for the “season” (late summer) The bathtub was clogged so I stood in my dirty water while showing. The entire place felt outdated and dirty. The next night I stayed at the campfire hotel in Bend and paid $60 less for 10/10 quality and cleanliness. I will never stay here again.

NO WiFi, I called down to the desk & she said she would reboot the router; needless to say; if she did it did not make an impact.

Price was fair. Breakfast was good and nice variety. Pool was nice but needed repairs.

Mold in the bathtub. Mattress was super hard, very uncomfortable. The pool was nice but...it had tape around the top covering cracks. The tape was painted blue but was coming off. Not sure of how safe it was because of the lack of upkeep.

The facilities are well kept and the rooms are quiet despite being just off a major road.
