Convenience for us in the route that we travel every year
No elevator. Expected older people to climb stairs with luggage? Was given a first floor room after they could tell I wasn’t pleased.

Location from where we needed to go was fine.
It’s an old hotel so needs work as far as maintenance goes. The room above me….squeaky box springs and creaky floor.
The a/c didn’t work great. The telephone had minimal functional keys and only two outlets worked for charging electronics.
