The cleanliness of the facility interior was outstanding! Well done!! I expected more from a Wyndham property…

Location and Cleanliness

Broken toilet seat. Notified staff upon arrival, nothing done. No fan in bathroom made room floor quite slippery. Bed very uncomfortable, lumpy mattress. Breakfast buffet- completely out of milk, butter (frozen when restocked), fruit, and yogurt. No guests present when I dined. I inquired about pets prior to arriving and was told the hotel was pet friendly, but was not informed of $25 per night pet fee.

Very unhealthy and pricey for a that dirty room.

The towels and sheets were clean.

The room was dark with not much light. Did not get the room I wanted. The room telephone was disconnected, asked to correct. Was not connected. Room was dusty, spiderwebs under the ac, bath tub was dirty with lot of trimmed beard or shaved man’s face. Was very disgusting. Front desk customer service was very rude except for one Spanish girl. She was welcoming. Even the so called manager Hemant Patel was rude. Asked for a shower gel. He did not have. Coffee maker in room was dirty, stuff sticking to it.

They stuck me in a handicap room close to the exit door so people were constantly in and out and it was nerve racking when I was trying to enjoy some peace. Then the fire alarms kept going off and firefighters kept coming....one of them just opened my door as I was half dressed...I won't be back

this is a hotel that has robbers and has uneducated and uncultured elements. immoral and stupid.

Don't come here if you don't want to get in trouble or get robbed...this place is so small..bushit hotel

they are the people in the real hell. They will do all sorts of tricks to take your property. the people in here are so rotten..indian…dont come there

Will not go back.

Tables were dirty. Hardly any food.

The exit door did not work. Wifi passwords difficult to enter. Breakfast poor.

Nice but hairy!!!!!

I liked everything about this place but one thing which I will list below.

The only thing I didn't like is that I had to pay money for my little dog and didn't get it back and also there was black hair in the shower and I have gray hair I will never stay there again.

DISSAPOINTED

Good Location

Advertised "Breakfast included" WHAT BREAKFAST.....Choice was a Piece of Bread and a Make your own Waffle. TERRIBLE We did NOT eat anything. Advertised Pet Friendly BUT Did NOT state that there was a Pet Charge. Charged me $25 for our dog. Deception !! Would NOT stay here again.

Other than the above, it was very nice

Enjoyed our stay

Fridge in room was frozen over and started to melt leaving a puddle of water on the floor. We used the towels supplied to clean up the mess

Convenient. Would stay again just because of the location and price.

The location was perfect. Close to where we needed to be. Several restaurants and gas stations close along with a couple stores.

The place is dated. One of the stairs was missing carpet, the vending machine wouldn’t take cash, the hallways were musty and someone was smoking. It was so strong you could smell it all the way down the hall way. Our room had a few dust bunnies which I can live with but, the sheets were stained.

The managers, in the AM/PM were very courteous, and accommodating!

I was not able to stay for the breakfast, but the coffee smelled good!

I , instantly, noticed an odor when I walk into the room, which seemed to be mainly in the bathroom! Also, one of the bath towels were stained! In question, are the towels not inspected for cleanliness!

I will never stay there again

I only had coffee but heard another couple stating they are going somewhere else because they don’t want to get sick

Room was dirty. Housekeeping was asked to change the sheets, and 3 hours did show up and were very nice. I called the manager about the issue, and never received a call back

The room was decent but would not plan on staying again due to rudeness of the woman running the front desk.

it was close to work

The staff wasn’t very helpful with the problems faced during check in and I still haven’t received my $100 “deposit” back that I was told you get refunded after checkout.

location was perfect straight shot to where we had to be. pricing was spot on

beds were not too soft or firm. we slept amazing

no elevator if you are traveling with a lot of luggage plan on making a few trips
