The location, environment, facilities, and price, etc. … and we saw double rainbow!
TV set is a little small, which is not important at all.

New bathroom on first floor. Peaceful location. Convenient to Berkshire activities . Spacious apartment with view . Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff.
Pond is becoming a swamp and needs to be dredged. Clubhouse with Indoor pool isn't open late enough for a swim after dinner. Potholes in road need patching and are hazardous when walking at night. Couches have stains. No hotel amenities I.e. shampoo conditioner and lotion. One bed upstairs needs new mattress.

Location , friendly staff.
It’s hard to find club house if you arrive at night. Need clear indication how to find the club house to check in.

Great location for everything we wanted to do.
Nobody responded to my email about arriving late. I had to call. They left a temporary key for me but then the next morning, no one was there at 8am when I needed to leave. I had to intentionally return before 9pm to get my “real key” which was inconvenient. Check out is by 10am and yet staff doesn’t arrive until 9am. Ridiculous!
Also, no coffee or shampoo or conditioner in the room. That is a massive and unacceptable situation. I wake up two hours before my husband. To not have coffee anywhere walkable to the unit is just not ok with me. Period.
