Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and bed sheets had stains and smelled like old beer. Towels had stains one was dirty! People were loud at night: screaming, yelling, laughing, vomiting. I didn’t sleep much. The bed was very old and loud each time I moved. Trashes outside were full. El gator smelled like urine. I felt like in a zero star motel. No fridge no microwave. I had to spray my room with Lysol to be able to stay there. It’s a shame.

The room served my purpose as a stopping point in a long trip but will not stay again.

Room appeared fairly clean and tidy. Front desk staff was nice.

Uncarpeted portion of the floors was extremely sticky and the room wreaked of cleaning agents even though the floor was sticky. Remote to TV did not work. Requested batteries from the front desk. When they didn't bring them, I went to the front desk and asked for them. Replaced batteries in remote and it still did not work. There were a lot of people loitering around at all hours of the night which left me feeling somewhat unsafe.

the location is ideal.

the room was smelly like old rug and beddings have stains on it. not clean, we have to spray the room with disinfectant to remove the smell.

It was close to the hospital where my brother was having heart surgery.

The room smelt like stinky feet/ blue cheese. Mold on bathroom ceiling. I booked for 3 nights but checked out the next morning.

it was in a scary neighborhood , the lock on the door wasn’t very secure , bathroom is very very small , beds r hard and pillows flat , no breakfast and only the room was clean

Even though the room was ready it could've been clean better. Floor was still dirty and the faucet in the sink wouldn't stop dripping A/C filter was nasty we took it out and cleaned it out and put it back in

the room had NO HEAT!! and the showe silver bar had a LOTS of soap that sit there dry. the towels are dirty and see the

It was dirty, hair in all "clean" linen and shower curtain, stinks, roaches, homeless walking around outside. Does not tell you that some rooms do not have a fridge and microwave, and the rooms are so small you can barely move around.

I hope I never have to stay in another red roof in this nature.

The staff gentleman was nice during check in.

The beds were squeaky, the heating unit did not work, and the room had a distinctive smell too it . Also, it was people being very loud, screaming, yelling,loud music, etc…I didn’t feel safe nor comfortable. it was a horrible experience at this particular red roof inn.

Get what you pay for

It was cheap.

The room was tiny and run down, the shower seemed to be falling apart. There was extremely limited options for TV channels.

Close enough to venue

Roaches. And the fact that the stff didn't care about the roaches. Evening shift gave me a can of bug spray from the back. Morning stated they would not give a refund because we should have left when we noticed them. Acted like I was an inconvenience.
