The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the pillows and the furnishings and the bed was comfortable. Nice sturdy wood closet and space for a suitcase. It was quiet which is much appreciated! That may be because I stayed mid-week.
The window screen had huge holes in it, so I couldn’t use the window to air the room out. There were no towels so I had to go and ask for some. The towels themselves were very thin and rough, and the carpeting seemed kind of iffy (like is often the case in budget hotels).

The hotel was especially clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were well sound proofed.
The coffee was highly disappointing.

I like the location and accessibility to gas stations, Walmart, Coe College etc. Staff has always been friendly when I have stayed here
In comparison to when I stayed there for the first time, it seems like they’re not really trying to take care of the front of the property. There were weeds growing and blood splatter on the walk-up pavement that was not cleaned up. There was a very strong smell of marijuana when you entered the lobby on multiple occasions.

Great location, friendly staff and decent continental breakfast.
My comforter was soiled and the bathroom floor needed to be mopped really bad. Also the water pressure in the shower was not great.
