Everything went well. Staff was genuinely very helpful. For New York, the staff friendliness and helpfulness was a big surprise! Breakfast could have been better. Location, experience itself was very good.
All great. Breakfast could have been better.

Great location . Comfortable bed .
The very basic continental only breakfast (no hot food) was not what was expected at booking time or planned for.

The property was nice and clean renovated. The staff was friendly.
I paid for a room with city view and the room view sucked. It was of the back of the building facing other buildings was very disappointing especially for the amount that I paid for the room

Near to Times Square. Rooms was spacious.
Breakfast was not good. It was continental breakfast but there was no bread. Only croissants. There was no cornflakes or nuts. Also , apple was kept as a whole and there was no knife to cut the apples
