It was ok. Was a like surprised that it cost to eat

Great location on downtown Neenah. Walk to restaurants, farmer's market, lake. Large room, well appointed, quiet.
No freezer in mini fridge, dirty carpeting and couch, shower was very dirty. Expensive and no free breakfast. They even charged for tea downstairs at the coffee bar.

It was very nice. I was surprised that breakfast wasn’t included in my bill, no one asked if we wanted that included. We had a 5 hour drive ahead of us so we had to eat. It was good.

It was OK
It's not a great value - $175./night seems high. Small bathroom, outdated tub/shower.
4:00 check-in is too late
