The breakfast was awesome!! It had a great variety and everything was fresh. The service was also friendly and attentive.
Not much I can say for improvement. I honestly had no complaints.

One night stop over - functional comfortable ok
Well 5 in the party , paid for breakfast but when we got to the property we were told that IHG policy was 2 breakfast vouchers per room - so I ended up paying extra for one breakfast . I paid for breakfast on Booking.Com something I suggest you look into .

The fact there was no water at all at this hotel, and the staff that was there she was very very rude and not very friendly I will not be recommending this hotel in that area to anyone

Location.
My bed sheets were dirty. I could feel the dirt in the bed. When I pulled back the sheets, they looked slepted in. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers and putting a towel on the pillow.

Breakfast was great, not complimentary. The hotel was clean, front desk employees were super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay alone or with family.
The location is a little sus but nothing too crazy.

Location was convenient after I found it! Breakfast could have been warmer at 8:00 am, but was a good value and service was good. Quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Really like hot showers. Would have liked more water pressure.

I did not like the Booking.com website that did not permit me to change my reservation by dropping one day from the stay. When I tried to delete the day, the Booking site said "not available." I can see that adding a room could generate "not available" but dropping a day should not. I will not use booking.com again.

The room was nice and it was clean. Some staff members were very helpful and accommodating.
The staff at check in time was not welcoming or accommodating. I asked to be notified when our second room was available for check in and I was not notified. Also, until way into the early morning there were children running up and down the hallway preventing guests from going to sleep.

I specifically called and asked about the pool/hot tub for it was the only reason of me booking and it wasn't working when I arrived at my stay.
