1. The beds were very comfortable!
2. Front desk person who checked me in on Friday was very nice and helpful.
3. Lobby area is very nice with many seating areas.
1. Room lighting wasn't great.
2. Maid service came the second day and removed towels in the bathroom which wasn't necessary and then failed to replace the floor mat that we needed for the second day.
3. Free coffee pots in the lobby were usually empty and front desk person wasn't happy when I brought it to her attention. She did go get a full pot but then it was empty again 45 minutes later when the rest of my family came down.
4. Lack of a free breakfast was also disappointing. The $15 buffet didn't have much on it.
