The location was good for us. The staff were receptive.
The sheer curtains in our room need to be replaced. They were ripped from top to bottom. Room 201. We were gifted a breakfast coupon from the restaurant, but the restaurant wasn't open. We were given $50 off, but we were looking forward to a restaurant experience.

The location is great, near transport and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Rooms are small, tiny really.

Great location
Tiny rooms.

The hotel is okay. It's a low cost option compared to options in Boston downtown. It's close to the Metro station and really easy to get to the city. Rooms are good and beds comfortable.
The staff is rude. They don't even reply to your questions or it feels like you are bothering them. Valet parking is paid and it takes a while to get your car back.
