The location was close to downtown, very secure, very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great and it was very quiet.

Had to be at ku medical center before breakfast started
Elevators required key card to operate. You had to insert key card 8-10 times before elevator would work. When having cancer surgery the next morning you would think holiday inn would be a little more compassionate. On the worst day of your life they charge you $204 for a non descript room.
