Good location

It was beautiful. It was very conveniently located. It was clean.

Parking was limited and there wasn’t any suggestions of where to park. There was no hot water in our room when we got in at about 9:30. It was hot in the morning but a cold shower is not a plus. Service was kind of sparse. No one was manning the check in desk you had to use their phone. There was no regular coffee at breakfast, just decaf- it had run out.

nicely located, friendly staff and very helpful. Nice restaurant on site but hotel provides nice complimentary breakfast. parking available for guest and very walkable to shops and diners

We had a wonderful stay except shower head setting was Filomena last Jets and unable to fix during our stay.

Semi-pleased

The location was perfect, could walk to just about everything we wanted to do.

They are short staffed and getting any help took extra time, the pool was out of order.

over all best stay hotel post Covid

clean comfortable location amenities bar/restaurant staff excellent food is Michelin star quality. hotel rooms could use some sound proofing a little noisy depending on your neighbors

television needs a guide and programming. also would be nice if there was staff at check in desk instead of using “the phone”

Great location. Decent hotel.

The breakfast was nice ~ lots of options, though it did need restocking while we were there (but that didn't happen). The location is nice, we were able to walk to the river and the Leinenkugel tour :)

The bedding was not what you would expect from a hotel; it didn't fit the bed properly (actually had to remake the bed in the middle of the night) and it just didn't feel right. The outside door into the hotel was confusing and almost impossible to open (some kind of vacuum seal or something). The pool was laughablely itty bitty.

I like the location and the gym and staff. Need to update room and furnishings.

Breakfast was just OK. No coffee on the last day we were there.

The furniture particularly the pull out sofa bed was just awful. We had to buy a mattress pad just to use it. Furniture was old and worn. The sheets did not stay on the bed and seemed old.

Great stay in charming Chippewa Falls

Downtown Chippewa Falls was a big upside surprise: the main street is lively and full of history. Chippewa Falls looks like the set of a movie in 1950. Loved walking and exploring the town, all from the hotel's front door. The hotel was just a mile or so from the highway, but loads better than an impersonal chain hotel right on the highway.

Not at all unhappy with our stay here. We will stay again.

Steakhouse was a treat..nice to have inside the

Waffles, eggs.home fries.lots of apples, oranges and pears..bagels..juice..adult kids enjoyed Starbucks coffee..

Wouldn't stay there again.

The room was exactly as expected, clean and spacious. Had extra blankets and pillows in room for pull out couch/bed.

The parking was across the street, very inconvenient for single person to move luggage. Breakfast was mediocre at best, have had much better at cheaper hotels. Up charged for extra person (2 people total stayed), so room rate must be for 1 person. Selling $4 bottles of water in room...a little extreme in my opinion. Pool looked murky and small. Simply overpriced all together.

Location was excellent. Many things within walking Distance. Breakfast had some nice choices.

Pool. Did not seem heated.
