Beds were very comfortable, full length mirror in room, double sinks with tons of counter space, generally pretty clean, stay was very quiet in general, lots of parking, easy access to room, check in staff member was friendly
Stains on fitted sheet - hope it wasn't bed bug stains. Breakfast was out of most things and what was left was not good, not enough seating in breakfast area; although stay was quiet, you could hear conversations from other rooms just walking down the halls, check out staff member was not very friendly

The bed and room was large and very comfortable.
The breakfast was nice to have and enjoyed having 2 sinks in the room to make it easier for getting ready.
room price seemed pretty high.

Breakfast was fair
Hotel was severely understaffed and it showed .Most clerks were observed working 14-15 hour days. Typical of a more urban environment. Once you overwork someone they will naturally become on edge. Poor ownership and management is the cause. Pay your people more. Also the rates fluctuated wildly based on the day. Stayed 3 nights, 3 VERY different rates. Over an $80 difference high to low.
