Un hotel da consigliare

Hotel molto bello, con stanze ampie, letti comodi e molti servizi a disposizione, tra cui una palestra e una piscina (di cui però non abbiamo usufruito). Collocato in un bel quartiere residenziale, comodo per raggiungere Georgetown ma abbastanza lontano dalle altre zone chiave della città. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e di fronte all'hotel ci sono una farmacia e un piccolo supermercato. Pochi i ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze, ma l'hotel ne ha uno interno.

Lo staff potrebbe essere più amichevole. Suggerirei di dotare gli appartamenti - che dispongono di una piccola cucina con frigo, lavabo e microonde - di una minima dotazione di stoviglie che al momento è assente se non per alcuni bicchieri. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: c'erano problemi di rifornimento (alcune cose finivano già di prima mattina e non venivano ripristinate) e l'offerta è abbastanza limitata (mancano ad esempio affettati, formaggi e non vi è quasi nulla di dolce - vi sono però frutta fresca, uova, salsicce e bacon). Carina la postazione che offre omelette preparate al momento, tuttavia negli orari di punta si creano lunghe file.

Goede accommodatie voor gezinnen

Mooie grote kamer, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Ligging is goed met de metro op 10 min lopen en the Mall op ca. 45 a 60 min lopen.

De kitchenette is wel erg klein. Mocht zelf iets willen koken, dan kan je alleen heet water maken met het koffiezetapparaat of de magnetron gebruiken.

Chambres confortables et calme. Piscine et jacuzzi intérieur chauffé. 15 minutes du centre en taxi

Le petit déjeuner avec pas assez de sucré. Espace froid et bruyant.

Excellent séjour dans un grand hôtel luxueux !

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin du métro direct depuis l'aéroport (Foggy Bottom sur la Silver Line). Très belle suite, permet de loger confortablement à 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner très bien !

Il manque du matériel pour profiter de la cuisine (pas d'assiettes ! ). Le réfrigérateur est bruyant. Aucun service de chambre pour un séjour de 4 nuits, dommage pour un établissement de cette classe.

Definitely recommend!

Large suite with everything you would expect and need for a short to medium term stay. The staff were excellent and there was even included breakfast and 2 happy hour drinks for guests

A little bit of a walk to the nearest metro but it’s a very nice neighborhood.

Terrific location, quiet and comfy rooms, helpful staff.

Helpful staff, great location, quiet. I think we would have enjoyed the pool/spa but there were many families staying at the Embassy Suites that kept those facilities full.

The breakfast and happy hours provided were a mad house. The staff was working well together, but more help was needed. We avoided them after our first day. Internet was spotty often dropping our connection

Our stay was excellent.

The front desk staff was very helpful with providing everything we need. I like the text feature wherein I could text them and they responded right away and followed up if the request has been met. Location is 1 mile from Lincoln memorial. Breakfast every morning was excellent especially the omelet bar.

Great location and great hotel

Great sized rooms with good standard furniture

The hotel is two separate hotels with Hilton having top floors. Signage outside is very clear for the Hilton part. Two separate cabs struggled even though had full address

Worth it

The property has everything. Nice pool, good dining area, friendly staff and check out was easy.

En härlig vistelse på ett mycket bra hotell!

Fantastiskt bra läge på detta mycket trevlig hotell (kort promenad till tunnelbanestationenerna Foggy Bottom eller Dupont Circle)! Vi hade ett stort rum med sovrum och dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa. Frukosten var verkligen jättebra! Det fanns mycket att välja på och de gör underbara avocado toasts och omeletter på beställning. Personalen vara jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående. Det finns ett litet men helt ok gym och pool. På rummet finns en kyl och kaffemaskin med kaffe och te.

Det enda som var lite synd var att man inte kan öppna fönstren alls så man kan inte vädra. Fönstren på vardagsrumssidan vetter in mot hotellet (som en stor inglasad innegård) så om man är känslig för att folk går förbi ens fönster så får man ha gardinerna fördragna för de fönstren hela tiden men vi tyckte inte att det var ett problem. De andra fönsterna vetter ut mot gatan.

Great location close to a metro station. Nice, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Comfortable beds. the room had everything we needed.

Passable

This is a timeshare unit and they don’t have daily service. The bathroom shower had water coming out to the floor and first day since I complained agreed to clean. But rest of the 3 days they said they don’t have daily service and it was in the booking. If I knew, I would have booked 2 rooms elsewhere. Also in general the place was not clean. You could see crumbs and finger prints all over meaning they didn’t clean before guests move in. They only do cursory change before guests checkin.

I felt I was charged 4 star for a 3 star place.

Breakfast did not have good range of fruits. Having fresh veggies was nice.

Tables were not cleaned often and in between customers they were dirty, or quickly wiped and wet. The hot water in the suite was not available until it was run for over 15min. We were not told that is an issue and had to go round find staff to learn about this.

Family holiday in DC

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the waiting and cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent and the evening reception between 5.30- 7 was a lovely bonus, especially after a busy day of sightseeing. Pool and jacuzzi were a lovely temperature. Thank you.

Overall we were happy.
