Passable

Location was fine but could hear trains running throughout the night . Breakfast was pretty good.

Hot tub wasn’t clean. Had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself.

Nice large room. All staff very nice.

No continental breakfast, but small restaurant in hotel was good with plenty of choices.

They did not freshen the room each day. I’m fine with not getting clean sheets, dusted or vacuumed, but needed trash emptied, clean towels and more bathroom and coffee cups.

Overall, staff is extremely friendly and helpful..hotel and restaurant are just okay.

Staff was all very friendly. We liked how quiet it was.

Our room was super dusty. It would take 5 seconds to run a rag over the dust. Having it dusty like that honestly just makes it look super dirty and gross. TVs are pretty small and not centered in between both beds making it hard for the furthest bed to watch tv together. Nasty white stains on the carpet. Not sure what that was but very gross. Beds and pillows were AWFUL. Very uncomfortable. Diner was also a waste of money as the food wasn’t even warm and the chili looked like it was a week old.

The hotel is newer, and everything was nice and clean. Will stay again.

The hotel had a small on-site cafe that was open 24 hours. I had breakfast there. The food was good and very reasonably priced. The hotel room was very nice, with a microwave, refrigerator, iron, and coffeepot. Excellent value for the price.

It was a pleasure

There customer service is outstanding. Tried to change dates on website but wouldn’t work so travel lodge helped get the dates I needed. They even cancelled a day for us last year. That is why we came back.

Loved the Fort itself tour and the areas South about the massacre and Civil War event.

Didn't have anything there.

Easy excess to everything and who couldn't live without a Wal-Mart store!!!!Love that. The lady at the front desk for check-in was amazingly knowledgeable and pleasant and printed out directions to go and take pictures at the Gordon Park mural on 10.8.21. I will return and stay at the hotel again apnd at that time I will have more ti.e to visit your city. Signing of from Kansas City, Missouri the home of the CHIEFS!!!!!!🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈

Very disappointing

Was clean

Way way too expensive, pool was closed, other things were broken like the pool table which was unusable. Again, the Cost was outrageous.

MY STAY WAS GREAT AND CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO SEE THE STAFF.

I ENJOYED MY OVERALL STAY BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE LADIES THAT WORK IN THE DINER WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FOR MTHE HOUSEKEEPERS TO THE FRINT DESK LADY THEY ALL DESERVE A BONUS JUST FOR BEING SO, KIND AND MAKING ME AND MY FAIMLY STAY THERE AWESOME. I WILL ALWAYS USE THAT HOTEL WHEN I COME TO VISIT MY SON FOR SCHOOL.

Disappointing

Location was good, friendly staff. The lobby was nice and clean, so was the rest of the property.

Room was damp and stunk. It had a musty odor. Tub drain was plugged. No blanket or bedspread in the room. No continental breakfast for the price we paid.

Mattress wasn't comfortable, towels and trash weren't taken care of properly.

The food was pretty good in the little restaurant at the motel. Location of the motel was fine.

At first the person there told us the only way we could order breakfast was with out phone. It was in our room charging and we don't have the app loaded to be able to do that. After awhile he let us order verbally. Housekeeping didn't bring clean towels until we complained, also hadn't emptied trash on the second day of our stay. The third day we just let it go, decided why bother.
