The room was listed as with a full kitchen, however there was not one spoon or plate in the apartment. The apartment was nicely furnished, close to the pool, great windows, and very clean. Quite enjoyable. But it would have been better to have at least a few utensils.

The hotel staff was awesome. Very friendly and check in and check out went very smoothly.
The amenities weren't the greatest. Most things were closed which I did not know upon booking. The jets in the hot tub did not work and the heated indoor pool definitely was not heated. The room they were both in was cold. One of the showers in that room had a broken cracked floor. The sauna and steam room were dingy and in need of repairs. The thermostat on the wall had no knob and was rusted.
