- Amazing location

Great central location.
The bedding was outstanding, with comfortable feather pillows. The staff was very friendly.
They allowed us to check in early, and since the room was not billed when we left we could check our late.
Our room was supposedly an upgrade but there wasn’t much light from the windows and it felt damp and humid. We couldn’t air out the room.
The breakfast was limited in choice.
The jacuzzi was not at all hot so couldn’t even get in.

Breakfast was amazing. Every morning fresh pastries, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, fruit, juice etc
The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
The owner, Jose, is very friendly. Always ready to have a nice conversation! Very accommodating as well. We were scheduled to check out Monday morning. He didn’t have any one booked for that day so he let us stay as long as we wanted and let us keep our car parked on the property. Overall, I would rate the Clarendon 10/10

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming! We were there out of season and got a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic location to explore Provincetown and the local area. And possibly the most comfortable bedding I’ve experienced!

The decor and location were fantastic. The young man that took care of us was personable and we really enjoyed him. great service.
the size of the bathroom in the smallest room is beyond small. If you are a a mid size to larger person or tall person, this room is not for you. They did the best they could with the bathroom given the small area but it was just too small.

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to Commercial Street. Jose was very personable and really cares about building relationships with the guests.
Toilet was a little tight for a larger person but other rooms do have different accommodations

The house had been recently renovated, with the woodwork, lighting, carpeting, etc. all very clean and attractive. Location is great.
The room we were given was the smallest hotel room we had ever experienced. Rather awkward to accommodate two adults and two small suitcases.
The whole experience was quite impersonal- total time of contact with and presence of the owner and his staff guy, during our 2-night stay was maybe ten minutes.
The breakfast room was cold, and the breakfast food items were cold, except or freshly boiled eggs and Keurig coffee. Not a warm and cozy kind of experience for a late fall getaway.

Location was perfect.
the bathroom, cut hip standing from toilet, sink too big for size of bathroom.

It was very convenient and staff was friendly
The room was ridiculously small, about 10' X 10' with a bed which took up most of the room and 2 tiny end tables and 4 hooks on the wall for hanging. The toilet and the sink were so close together that you had to sit sideways on the toilet which was set low so it could fit. The shower stall was about 2' X 2 1/2'.
We were served granola, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins and English muffins both days which was fine.

Jose was amazing, we will definitely be back!

The location was superb! All of the most important stops (Scott Cakes & the library) were an easy walk and the central location gave us an abundance of easy access food options. The Keurig in the sitting room was a nice touch.
Level of cleanliness was disappointing. The room smelled musty, borderline moldy, and they had plug-ins to cover it. The toilet was not secured to the floor and swayed with every use. The most unsettling of all was the stained blinds and carpet. After shuffling around getting ready for the day (freshly showered) the bottoms of my feet were brown from the carpet. Same happened to every pair of socks I wore.

Accent met us in the lobby then escorted us to our room. Really welcoming & helpful with suggestions! Hope to visit again ♥️
Stairs (with luggage) are so steep & short, especially for women.

Fabulous Halloween decorations and just how I wanted the hotel to be, really authentic and beautifully decorated. Jose and his nephew made us so welcome and loved having a chat with them. Also made a delicious breakfast every morning which was a nice suprise as wasn’t expected. Really enjoyed our stay and location is fabulous
