Best lodging value I’ve found in years.

Clean, large room; comfortable bed; friendly, helpful staff; great value!!

Ice machine broken. Breakfast was pretty poor. Common areas pretty shabby and not clean like the rooms.

Never again

The desk person was friendly kind and helpful. With the radically different reviews I have a pet maybe they don’t clean pet rooms.

Dirty. Sheets old worn and towels old worn out floor filthy. I guess you really get what you pay for.

Coasting on potentially fake reviews

It's cheap and easily accessible. The.beds were pretty comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

OMG. It wasn't until the middle of the night, say 3am, that the air conditioning finally cooled the room. The bathroom was pretty awful. Blue tape on the vanity because I guess the formica had peeled off. Cold water handle turned backward and was very leaky. The tub was mildew heaven and the walls needed cleaning.

Great spot to stop in Sheridan.

Very clean room with comfortable beds, decent a/c, and very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was excellent for a continental version as there were boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, cereals and juice. Coffee was good too.

Only complaint was the poor wifi, which seldom worked.

Good quiet location at a reasonable price.

The location was great. Pretty setting. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. This is an older motel, which means room was large—we travel with bikes so plenty of space to bring them inside. It was quiet with easy access.

Drain in bathroom sink was very slow.

Hotel is what you'd expect for the price. A bit old and nicked up but adequate and comfortable.

Room was noisy, just due to a rude neighbor.

It was ok.

I like it because it was cheap. The front desk was fast checking us in, and had a great smile.

I asked for Extra towels and pillows to be in the room before we got there, and they weren't,, the guy at the front desk had to leave his location to bring them to us. If your going to ask on the booking site if there is ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS, then they should be followed, I also had to explain why I needed extra towels and pillows at the desk and that shouldn't matter, if I request them, there is a reason. The shower walls on the top boarder was dirty, like they didn't finish the remodel. Also if you know there are arrivals coming to that room, the heat should of been turned on in the room, but it wasn't in our room, and it was freezing in the room.

Excellent!

The room was clean and spacious. It was great for a 5 night stay.

The only thing I would have changed is the laundry facilities. It had 2 washers and dryers and it was hard to find them not being used.

Good overall-exterior could be cleaned up but rooms and service are excellent.

A bit older room, have to drive to downtown eating areas - both of which are no big deal.

Disappointing

The room, bed, location, one level, easy of getting dogs out to potty were all nice. The room was clean and large enough to fit our dog equipment. We were able to keep food in the fridge and heat it in the microwave.

I had asked to be on an end so that we didn't have people on both sides for my dog to hear and bark at. The first night we had a bunch of guys partying right next to us. My friend could not sleep because of that and my dog would hear them and bark. Other establishments waved pet fees for all of us coming for the agility trials but I was told once I got there that we would have to pay $10/night per dog. He did cut it to half of that, but I was not told in advance that there would be a pet fee and how much.
