It was a beautiful home and B&B. I particularly like having breakfast by the pool. The staff were incredible and very helpful.

The property and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Beautiful property.
The owner and staff went out of their way make us feel welcome and to accommodate my wife’s dietary restrictions.
The breakfast was very nicely presented, and the food was excellent.
More tea selections would be nice. But if that is all that comes to mind after some serious thought, that should tell anyone reading how nice our stay was.

Beautiful Historic Home. Very clean and friendly staff.
The location although walking distance to everything I wish the walk would’ve been shorter.

Great location, breakfast was pretty much the same daily, not much variety, but still delicious

Good location, close to Duval St.
On site parking was useful
Room was small and was basically a pool store converted to a room

Simple breakfasts. Decent location to Duval St.
Parking expense. Better breakfast, loner bikes seems appropriate for the cost.

The Conch House is beautiful and has such character. Perfect location to get around town old town and a lovely pool and decking area for relaxing. The staff are lovely and very helpful, and made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast is great too!

Very nice, historic property, very clean, very tastefully decorated. Nice pool area.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Walking distance to all interesting spots, bike rental in the hotel, parking cheap and directly at the accommodation.
Just too loud for people like me who are a lighter sleeper. Street noises, loud air conditioning and humming refrigerator (I had the small cottage by the pool) made restful sleep difficult. I turned off the technical devices overnight because of that. However, this made it very warm in the room at times. Jazz music playing from 8 am
on (beginning of breakfasttime in the yard/pool area).
Breakfast was tasty, but very sugary. however, I would have appreciated a little healthier options such as Overnight Oats. This is not expensive or elaborate, but does not have as much sugar. Maybe due to my european taste, you can't please everyone.

The historic charm of a Key West home has been maintained wonderfully. The pool is refreshing. The grounds are well groomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are actual locals and longtime employees who are friendly and helpful.
The only and I mean ONLY drawback is that it sits on one of the main roads through town. The scooters and traffic start moving about 7a.m. so if you're a light sleeper it will probably wake you up.

Cleanliness and near Duval. Room with an outside balcony. Quiet area.
The breakfast was continental and had nothing for someone on a low carb diet. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work. Staff were sometimes pleasant, other times coolly efficient

Facility was very nice. Location was pretty central. Wifi, Pool, Balcony. Checked all our boxes.
Breakfast - Assume it was adequate for the location. I'm from Texas, so I enjoy large breakfast - eggs, bacon, toast, grits, etc. ciche and fruit is more of a snack for me. Not complaining about the taste or quality.
