The property, with 3 bedrooms, air-conditioning and an inviting private pool, has been totally renovated to the highest standard, with modern design interiors and airy decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to rely constantly on a car. Inside the villa is set over 2 floors, with the main accommodation / living area located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. Entrance is via a beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet, comfortable sofas. On this floor there are also a stylish purposedly built kitchen (fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a superb master bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower room. Big patio doors provide direct access to the pool area. Air-conditioning is included in the rental price. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, featuring a nice billiard room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining. Outside, apart from the lovely terrace on the upper floor, Villa Casa Puerto features an inviting pool patio on the ground floor. The private swimming pool (measuring 4m x 2.90m ; depth 0.90m – 1.60m gated) has hydromassage jets for extra enjoyment. Comfortable sunbeds and a chillout area perfect for a relaxing drink by the pool are available. Amazing location. Modern well equipped kitchen. Refreshing plunge pool. All bedrooms en-suite Decking - outdoor area - some nails were sticking out making it unsafe for baby to crawl outside. Also dangerous for adults. This area needs revamping. Shower in bedroom at end of hall - needs a mat or grip. One of us fell and ended up in hospital! Sinks in the two twin room’s unhygienic design.

Villa is in a superb location and within short walking distance of the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The facilities are good, however it’s in need of a little TLC, shower heads not working proper, cracked tiles on the upper terrace and a couple of other little issues. Nothing which spoiled the stay. Would stay again here no problem

The property was in a perfect location for us and the facilities were mainly good. However parts of the place are tired much of which could be sorted easily by a bit of DIY The cleanliness was not great- especially outside decking and upper area. We found 2 pieces of broken glass, dirty rags and old vapes in the pool net. The pool itself was pretty clean and most of indoors too. There are are 2 large raffia mats in the sitting room though which can’t be cleaned properly.

We (me and two friends) stayed at Beach Villa Marinera for a mid March cycling weekend! It's a fantastic place, centrally located in Port De Pollenca close to bike hire shops, very modern, very spacious, private and well equipped. We'd definitely come back. Toni and Ana at easyvillasmallorca we're very helpful throughout! Thanks very much. It didn't matter but we noticed the light in the pool room was out! Also, might be helpful to explain where the parking is. We just parked in front of garage which we hope was OK.

Spacious apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Very well located, close to everything. Wifi is strong, showers are good. Parking in the streets around was never a problem, walking distance max 5 minutes. The apartment could use a tidy up. Eg the door of the dishwasher is not working properly. The suncreen is broken, it was always out. The shower in 1 of the bathroom was splashing too water all around, making the bathroom wet everywhere.

We loved staying in this villa. It's in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. We were a group of six - three mums and three kids under 5 - and the layout of the villa was just perfect for us. Each room was a good size and had an en-suite bathroom. The living areas were nicely open plan and had everything we needed. The pool was an ideal size for three kids and almost half of it was shallow enough for them to play in at their depth. We didn't use the pool room or terrace much but I imagine they would have been nice to have as a place to relax on an evening if we'd been a group of adults/older kids. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Villa is in a great location , a lot bigger than we thought , very very tired now , needs a paint , sofas smell of off milk ( split or baby sick) very gross had to buy air wick candles lit them everywhere to try and hid the smell , check in at 5pm check out 10am , very strange times , basically you miss two days of your trip !! Pool ques are massive and table old , you can play a muck about game with children but not a proper games , table is all damaged ! Washing mashing outside STINKS, so not useable , two bedrooms out side by the pool you cannot use the shower or toilet if anyone is still at the pool Area , quite ridiculous as you can see them in shower or worse on the toilet !!! This villa could be fantastic and I bet it once was , no pool gates , just left up up pool table unusable, all the decking around the pool coming up , needs re-doing ! Trip hazard for smaller children, lucky mine are older now !! Such a shame as it’s the perfect location and so pretty from the outside ! The company that deal with you on arrival are very rude Indeed , one gentlemen even told me to ‘shut up’ as I was upset check in was at 5pm , when in fact two weeks before arrival they ask you when your flights are arriving and departing !! So lack of communication !
