Extremamente confortável

Quarto e banheiros muito amplos e modernos. Padrão 5 estrelas em um hotel de aeroporto. Shuttle gratuito para os terminais. Há centros comerciais com restaurantes, lojas e mercados a uma distância não muito grande. Tomamos café ( continental, a la carte, muito bom por 15 USD) no restaurante do hotel. Também gostoso jantar no mesmo restaurante. Melhor hotel em área de aeroporto em q já estivemos!

Would not go back.

Good location.

Staff at the restaurant were rude, there was no soap in the shower and they put three hold charges on our room. Way overpriced.

Alojamiento cómodo muy cercano al aeropuerto

El alojamiento es cómodo y queda a pocos minutos del aeropuerto. Tiene un servicio de shuttle gratuito. Excelente para escalas cortas en LA.

Todo queda a grandes distancias. No existen muchas opciones de restaurantes, supermercados ni otros comercios cerca. Caminar es desagradable ya que las calles de LA tienen muchos indigentes y uno se siente inseguro. En LA no es una opción no tener auto.

Modern, spacious rooms a short curtesy busy ride from the terminal. Perfect for overnight transits.

Bedbugs, filthy rooms and rude staff

Our room had bedbugs and when we complained to the reception staff, they were not at all shocked and seemed annoyed that I pointed it out. They were rude and gave another room without any apology or explanation, throwing the new keycard at the desk without saying a word. Both rooms were filthy, and I could tell they had not been deep cleaned for a long time. Things in the hotel were falling apart and were generally poorly maintained. The dinner we got served in the on-site restaurant was microwaved pasta drowned in butter and the water was lukewarm. I cannot fathom that a large and expensive airport hotel running under the Hilton brand is ran as if it was a red light district brothel in a third world country.

Very disappointing

Close to the airport

Very basic for the money. Shuttle took forever to come to airport. Room very basic no toiletries etc. Bar area cramped slow service and expensive poor quality food.

Comfortable et Pratique

Hotel correct , comfortable et prés de l'aeroport . Bien insonoré qui permets de bien dormir meme si proche des pistes

Le navette a pris beaucoup trop de temps pour venir nous chercher à l'aeroport , nous avons attendu plus que 30 minutes en regardent les navettes pour des autres hotels arrivent deux ou meme trois fois

A convenient overnight location for access to the airport at the end of a business trip.

Room furnishings were very good. Nice desk area. Very sufficient for my purposes. Very close to the airport, for quick access to an early flight.

The bathroom floor in Room 712 was sticky. It made walking around quite unpleasant. Not sure if the floor wasn't cleaned or what. Needs to be looked at!

A great overnight stay.

Clean, easy access, car rental, coffee shop and restaurant in the same building. Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Amazing bathroom with high quality bath products. Courteous and helpful staff.

I stayed on the airport side, a little noisy nut I slept very well anyway.

We will definitely be back!

We are returning guest! Always clean and very attentive. If you have a question or need anything there’s always someone to assist you. The rooftop is one of the many reasons we keep returning. AND the location is perfect-right next to the airport!

The front lobby staff were so nice and informative. The rooms are beautiful and I love having a coffee shop downstairs that isn't a Starbucks.

Close to the airport. Don’t go hungry.

Hotel is super close to the airport. Uber over because taxis have a flat rate they need to charge plus an airport tax, so total was about $21. Large comfy room. Awesome pillows.

Limited food services. There was no free breakfast and prices in the restaurant were high. During the day the restaurant closes until 5:00 pm. No food if you check in starving at 3:00 pm. Bar closes early. I think 11:00 pm. No room service and empty mini bar. Was approved for a 1:00 pm late checkout . However this was not relayed to day staff. Even with my , Do not disturb, sign out I was bothered by housekeeping. Also had calls from front desk. Not happy about that.

Fantastic, Worth for stopovers to other destinations, accomodating

Very close to LAX to the point there is a Hilton Shuttle to pick you up and drop you back to LAX, the room is spacious as and the bathroom and shower is great, service from all of the staff have been exemplary and have me clear instructions and recommended me a shuttle for the Madonna Concert which made it so much easier, Katherinne helped out a lot at the front desk as well she is a valued team member at the H Hotel

Yes Sometimes being too close to LAX you are dealt with the traffic so either expect long wait to get back to your hotel is normal

Very nice, high rise, expensive, location right at airport with free shuttles to get you there.

Late check-in was no problem. Airport shuttle was not there, it was very late like 1am, a different shuttle driver said " no problem I can take you there." there was staff at the front desk ready to give me my room key at 1 am and I did not arrange this service in advance. The waiter at the restaurant for breakfast was very nice, friendly helpful and charming. Good food.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. It was a complete mystery to me, and the staff at the front desk offered me a free cup of coffee if I went down to the lobby, which worked out well. That silly crazy coffee maker needs directions posted

It was good for convenience purposes.

That it was close to the air port. I also enjoyed the 24 hour shuttle as our flight left early in the am.

Just be mindful about bringing your own snacks. They are expensive if you want to buy them in the hotel. Also, the staff was not very friendly or good in the restaurant portion.

Unclean entry area, bathroom and shower with annoying flying bugs dead and Alive by the hundreds in the room

There were numerous dead and alive gnats and/or other flying bugs in the room, particularly near the restroom and shower area as well as inside the shower area.

If I need to stay near LAX again, I'll definitely come back.

My interactions with the staff went very well—all my questions were answered and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Before I decided to phone, I made a reservation online, and emailed a couple of questions trying to clear up conflicting information online about whether there was a shuttle (important!). Honestly, the booking.com app isn't that great.

Everything was very good. I have no improvements beyond the initial online contacts.

Location near the airport was good for a late night flight.

We didn’t sleep due to the shower head leaking ALL night. Tried to stop it with towels etc but was a constant drip all night. So frustrating

Quick stay pre-flight, very comfortable.

Updated hotel, nice restaurant and bar. Roof deck to overlook airport. Very nice big modern and clean rooms. Comfortable beds!

Everything was great! It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Nespresso in the room was good - but no decaf.
