Beautiful view and plenty to eat. Awesome. Lots of old folks, very chill and seems like the whole “quintessential Maine” deal.

The view of the ocean from our room was amazing! There was a nice breakfast in the morning that was included. The location of this hotel is perfect! Close to all the shops and restaurants and close to the marginal way! Would definitely stay here again!
Nothing!

I love the area where it is located, the personnel are nice.
I didn't like that there were no curtains, so it was too bright in the morning.

The property was meticulously maintained and the location was excellent. The cottage efficiency was clean and roomy. The landscaping was very nice. Very comfortable accommodation includes continental breakfast.

The breathtaking view and sounds of the ocean waves were the highlight of our partial-view room. The room was clean, the location was central, check-in was simple and quick, and our breakfast was simple but had plenty of options. It was well worth it!

I stayed here for the first time Memorial Day weekend and fell in love with the place! Beautiful facilities, building, and location. the staff is always so friendly and kind.
The pillows were a bit too firm.

Location, location, location, even if your tiny room is by the fire escape and just off the reception. and it is a short stroll to downtown Ogunquit.
Bad value for money: tiny room, old fixtures, loud AC, but still very pricey. And a soap bar instead of shower gel? Time to get with the times.

The view from my room on the first floor was exceptional. Martha Washington bedspread, heavy shower curtains; water pressure were excellent.
The Martha Washington bedspread was a blessing as the thin sheets and paper-thin blanket with burn holes in it was a disappointment.
Assigned parking near your room is great.
The furnishings were old and dingy; the rug and couch were visibly dirty. The front desk staff weren’t the friendliest.
No premium channels or access to Netflix, apps.
Parking and the entrance and exit were stressful as the road is the main footpath to the beach and people forget it’s also a street for cars!

Always very nice! Came for the beach l/ocean view-enjoyed Marginal Way walk. Too cool for the beach-can still enjoy the views off season!
Bed was firm. They are awaiting new beds that will address this. Extrasoft pillows were brought to us.

The continental breakfast buffet was excellent with an outstanding view and comfortable seating. The location of the facility on the Ogunquit river overlooking the beach and close to the village is outstanding.
The bathroom was a bit small and the hot water took several minutes to reach our shower. With all the covid protocols in place and the extra time/late check in to sanitize the room, it could have been cleaner.

The location is great and the Terrace to the sea is very nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
The one downside was noise. We could hear toilettes flush in the rooms next door and above.
