Exceptional location a few steps from the historic center of Porto Vecchio, a few dozen meters from the marina, restaurants, shops and all amenities. The villa, of 160 m², with 3 bedrooms sea view to accommodate up to 6 people is composed as follows:
First floor, a large entrance, the very spacious living room with large bay windows overlooking the sea and the swimming pool, living room with TV, a dining area, a separate kitchen opening onto a partly shaded terrace with barbecue, a master bedroom with television and desk, a bathroom with double sink, bath and shower, a separate toilet and a pantry.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds that can be joined, a shower room and a separate toilet.
TV - Wi-Fi - Air conditioning, neat decoration and quality furnishings.
Alarm, Electric gate, Private parking for 2 vehicles.
Note: There is a climb from the gate to the parking area which is on the first floor level of the villa.
A rare location that will allow you to radiate to the different beaches of Porto Vecchio such as Marina Di Fiori, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia or Cala Rossa and Saint Cyprien

Cette maison est magnifique, grande, propre et parfaitement équipée avec du mobilier de qualité. A Porto Vecchio même, tout est à portée de main, mais vous êtes chez vous tranquille sur ce petit rocher. La superbe terrasse, le pool merveilleux,.. Nous étions chez nous et avons adoré notre séjour. Je recommande absolument et je reviendrai !!!!
