Er waren 2 aparte slaapkamers die beide toegang hadden tot het balkon, dat was voor ons heel handig. Het appartement is ruim met een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op een groene binnentuin waar veel vogels, een konijn en een eekhoorn zaten. Twee metro haltes waren heel dichtbij. In de omgeving zijn veel winkels en restaurants. De flamküche bij restaurant Maria was top. Afhalen kan ook.

Als ik iets moet bedenken, dan is het dat we zelf wc papier hebben moeten bijkopen, er ontbrak 1 handdoeken set. En de föhn haperde.

Good location, quiet neighborhood. Garden view with trees. Good price for this area of Berlin.

Outdated. Unpleasant smell. Old and kind of dirty furniture. Sofa with stains on it.

Good location, close to the metro. Price-quality ratio is very good. We had 2 comfy rooms for each couple and well equipped kitchen. Owner is very kind and helpful. I surely recommend.

One issue was mold in the coffee machine. It's s not a problem for me, because I don't drink any coffee, but I know it can be drama for the others.

Easy to access to nearest U-bahn station. The owner was very helpful in providing advises to the apartment.

The apartment is very run down, the utensils, bedsheets and towels are not clean. Rubbish bags were not provided. The shower cubicle chokes up. The apartment was way too small compared to the photos.

Near metro, nice and equipped kitchen and living room, quiet area, very clean, warm.

The bathroom is a bit dark, the bedroom small, to go around the bed there is a narrow passage.

Nothing good. If you want someone to move your luggage when you are not in the room. This is the place for you. The owner says he wanted to clean up. Nothing was cleaned. Dirty and terrible smell.

I was staying for second time in apartment of this owner and I think I will always choose this place, coming to berlin. Clean, spacy, not expensive and near ubahn :)
