I stayed in a spacious two-story apartment in a two-story building; the kitchen and living room were on the ground floor, with two bedrooms upstairs. The rooms are separated by a folding partition. It is located on the outskirts of town—very quiet, with only the sound of wild birds. There is a large lake with boats and yachts just 200 meters away. The town center begins 200 meters from the property. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, as well as gas stations and other useful amenities for tourists. A large ski resort is located 25 km away.
One room has a single bed, and the other has a double bed; extra blankets are provided. The bathroom is fully equipped. The staff doesn't speak English but is very friendly. There is on-site parking. The apartment is heated by a gas radiator on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, water heater, and the necessary cookware and utensils.

I would like to warn tourists that Argentina uses specific electrical outlets, so you should bring the appropriate adapters with you. For mobile phones, I recommend using prepaid "Claro" SIM cards; they can be activated quickly at the point of sale. Never buy "Personal" cards—they are only suitable for Argentines. For foreigners, they are a major headache and a waste of money. You have to find an official company office to register the card, and the staff there rarely speak English and are completely unfriendly (in Bariloche). Ultimately, you won't be able to register the card, and you won't get your money back. That was the one thing I really didn't like.
I want to warn tourists that at the "La Anónima" supermarket, you will be asked for a passport or ID. If you don't have it with you, or if the staff finds your passport unsatisfactory for some reason, you won't be able to make a purchase. They refused to sell me food because I didn't have my passport. It felt like segregation, which is a crime. I didn't like that at all.

Ubicado a 3 cuadras del lago. La zona tranquila. El apart tiene todo lo necesario. Si bien no lo utilizamos, tiene estacionamiento cubierto. Tv en la cocina y en el dormitorio, cocina con horno, heladera, microhondas, pava eléctrica, tostadora. Todo funcionando correctamente.
Estuvo todo bien.

Garagem coberta e o atendimento!
Tudo muito antigo, móveis, louças, achei decadente. O banho era dificílimo de ajustar a temperatura da água, ou queimava ou congelava. O box era minúsculo e enchia de água. O fogão só funcionava 1 boca, panelas e louças limpas, mas velhas. A roupa de cama também antiga. Quando voltar a San Martín não voltaria.
