About this house rental
Designed and furnished with your comfort and well-being in mind, you’ll be charmed by the spacious layout (200 m², with high ceilings), the decor, and the quality materials. A spacious living room (2 sofas, 2 armchairs, large coffee table) and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining room welcome you comfortably and lead directly to the shaded patio and garden. The landscaped garden is enclosed and not overlooked. The saltwater pool (4x11m) beckons you amidst magnolias, hackberries, olive trees, bamboo, lavender, and oleanders. A summer lounge adds the perfect finishing touch. Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower, toilet, and terrace or balcony, will provide you with rest and privacy. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: - 1 bedroom (25 m²) on the garden level with a 160 double bed, a shower room, 2 sinks, and 1 large window opening onto a small terrace, - 2 bedrooms upstairs accessed by a stone staircase; the first, 14 m², with a 140 double bed, opens onto a Tropézienne-style terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub; the second, 16 m², with a 140 double bed, balcony, also has its own shower room with a 160 bed,
- a fourth bedroom at the far end of the garden with a 140 double bed on a mezzanine and a comfortable 140 sofa bed, along with a shower, toilet, and terrace.
The house is built on a 750 m² lot in a residential neighborhood that enjoys both the tranquility of the countryside and the amenities of the historic city center, located a 10-minute walk away. It is situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac for your peace of mind. You can park on the property (1 parking space) and/or for free on the side street right nearby. We ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere so as not to disturb the neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is furnished with great taste and has every convenience. The terrace is lovely and we enjoyed most of our meals there. And the pool is most enjoyable and clean. Very convenient - a 10/15 minute walk into Aix en Provence.

Our family of 8 stayed at Helene's beautiful home in June for a once-in-a-lifetime return trip to the town we had lived in for two years back in 2002. We absolutely LOVED this property - one of the very best we've ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, well-appointed and decorated and just a short (15 min) walk into Aix. The pictures don't do it justice, trust me! It is a huge home with lots of room to spread out. The pool house - on the back side of the property, has a lovely open sitting area, as well as the 4th bedroom/bathroom combo. This was ideal for us - giving us even more room to spread out. The pool was delicious. It was hot, hot, hot while we were in Aix, and after our many day trips (Cassis, Les Baux de Provence, Gordes, climbing St. Victoire) we were always EAGER to jump into that cool, refreshing pool! Helene could not have been more hospitable and easy to work with. A delightful French couple with superb Provencial taste in style! Stay here! You won't regret it!
