Great place

The location is great, lot of privacy. The tennis court was usually used between 18:00 and 21:00 as far as we could see, In the weekend of 1 may a lot op people visited the adventure park next to the cabin. But after that period is was quit. The hot tub is also great. I heated it to 36 degrees. 39 degrees was to hot last longer than 30min in the tub. To heat the tub 10 degrees will take around 1 hour. The temperature can be seen on a display in the corner of the cabin. WIFI is good 48 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload. Info for dog owners: I noticed the fence has been damaged on some places. We did a lot of hiking and visited nice places like Colmar, Ribeauville, Requewhir, Bergheim, munster.

The beds are to short for normal people. The bed size is applicable for children. Also the amount of mails before our stay is abnormal high. Because of this we missed we correct address to pick up the the code fore the key box. They only speak French at the reception.

Wederom heerlijk verblijf in the Fishing Lodge in La Bresse!

Het feit dat we voor de tweede keer deze Lodge hebben geboekt zegt eigenlijk al genoeg! Prachtige locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij alle faciliteiten. Buiten op het terras een hottub en genoeg ruimte in en om het huis om te relaxen.

Helemaal niets. Alles was prima van het beddengoed tot de uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten.

Fantastisch verblijf!

De locatie is prachtig centraal en toch heel rustig! La Bresse centrum is letterlijk een paar minuten rijden. Grote tuin, goed uitgeruste keuken en 2 badkamers.

Ça aurait pu être très bien.

Chalet bien placé joliment décoré. Cadre très agréable au milieu des bois. Facile d'accès et proche des commerces et des pistes.

Salles de bain un peu viellote. Bain nordique pas super pratique et trop long a chauffer (surtout que le bois pour le faire est payant). On nous avait annoncé 4/5h pour le faire chauffer, au bout de 6h toujours tiède. Et lit un peu petit... Gros soucis avec l'eau chaude, une chaudière aurait lâché au début de notre séjour... On a pas pu tous se laver tout les jours et encore moins profiter de la baignoire balnéo.... Au vue d'ancien commentaires je me demande quand-même si cette explication de chaudière était réelle. Et gros désaccord sur l'état des lieux a la fin du séjour qui n'as pas trouvé de solution amiable. On nous a reproché avec preuve à l'appui: des miettes, des draps non défait, des mégots laissé dans un cendrier. Et soit disant une porte cassée (aucune photo pour preuve n'as été donnée pour la porte). Nous avions payé le ménage de fin de séjour mais apparemment nous aurions quand même du nettoyer nos miettes de petits déjeuners.... J'étais d'accord pour que le propriétaire nous prenne une partie de la caution en reconnaissant certaine chose qui nous était reproché. Ce qu'il a fait, sans prévenir, sans donner de montant au préalable et sans aucune justification de frais lié aux reproches. J'ai du demander un justificatif, qui a mis une semaine a arriver pour les 450€ de prélevés. Ils m'ont envoyé une facture édité par eux même... Aucune preuve d'achat de meubles remplacé ou de prestataire externes. En gros nous avons payé la réparation de leur chaudière qui n'as pas fonctionné pdt notre séjour. Je leur ais demandé un remboursement d'une partie de ce prélèvement qui est resté sans réponse. C'est bien dommage de montrer autant de mauvaise volonté et de correction quand le client en face est ouvert a la discussion et l'arrangement et c'est lavé a l'eau froide avec des enfants pdt une semaine....
