About this villa rental
This luxury villa, built summer 2017, offers perhaps the finest view of the English Harbour and the historic Nelson's Dockyard, a Unesco World Heritage site. Very well located, it is within walking distance of the vibrant facilities on offer in English Harbour, including, bars, restaurants, shops, museums and sailing clubs. Nearby beaches at Galleon Bay and Pigeon Beach are close by. The Villa has been inspected by the Antigua and Barbuda Ministry of Tourism and is approved free to book and welcome guests based on its Covid 19 protocols. It is arranged over two floors with all four bedrooms enjoying superb sea views from which to watch the busting marine activity in this world renowned harbour. The grand central staircase opens to a stunning great room and kitchen with panoramic sliding doors opening to the covered outdoor seating/dining large sun deck and infinity edge pool. All rooms have good wi fi connections. All bedrooms have views over the harbour and are air-conditioned with two arranged as independent suites offering en-suite bathrooms and separate dressing rooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality throughout. The kitchen is equipped with double ovens, microwave and induction hob. Two fridges and a wine cooler will keep you refreshed whilst entertaining or maybe preparing a feast on the outdoor grill. A separate laundry room with washing machine and drier plus outdoor drying area keeps the main room ready to host guests at any time! The spectacular hillside location does result in a number of steps externally and as a consequence the villa is not suited to persons with mobility problems or those with young children. Please note that although the villa has four generous bedrooms, guest numbers are restricted to 6 to provide more space and choice of bedrooms. The Antiguan government now require tourism tax of US $5 per person per night to be paid for all guests over 6 years of age which will be added manually to the total cost of stay.

This house is spectacular - clean, great location, and the views are incredible. We got to see fireworks over the bay on NYE but it was also a delight to sit by the pool and watch the boats come and go. Debbie, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed and Charmaine, the property manager, stayed late when our flight was delayed to be sure we were settled. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen most nights and it was only a short drive to several attractions and stunning beaches. Driveway is a bit tricky with a van, but doable. Overall a very comfortable house in a gorgeous location.

We have had a fantastic stay at Villa Teegs. The beautiful villa, the pool, the location - the poolside view overlooking English Harbour is wonderful! From Charmaine's lovely welcome to the very quick response from Debbie when needed on very minor issues, I don't think anything could be improved upon. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time at Villa Teegs. Everything about the Villa was 5 star and just as described in the details or even better. The Villa is in a lovely location and has a fantastic view of the harbour. Debbie the owner was very helpful with any questions. Would love to return .

Gorgeous brand new villa with incredible amenities. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. The harbor view was extraordinary! The location was extremely convenient walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. We loved our stay there and highly recommend!

We spent three weeks at this property. It has the most fantastic views and a position that cannot be bettered. The villa is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished to a high standard. Charmaine, the housekeeper, is a real gem. Supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants are all within walking distance. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again when we next visit the island.

As first time visitors to Antigua, the house was a perfect base to explore the island, and to relax afterwards. The views over English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard are really as good as the pictures suggest, and hours were be lost lounging in the pool, watching the boats and wildlife.
Debbie and the local team were super helpful in making our holiday a wonderful experience.
It's a beautiful house on a beautiful island, we hope to return to both.

Having lived in Antigua for a few years I knew the exact location I wanted for our holiday. The English Harbour area is quiet and yet it is easy to walk to food shops and restaurants. The property is perfect and the view from the verandah stunning. We would often sit there and look at the view for ages without speaking. I cannot fault anything about this lovely modern well equipped property. The owner and house keeper are communicative and friendly and swiftly answer any needs. We'll be back.

Precious Memories
From the day of booking until the day we returned home the exceptional service from Debbie & the Housekeeper, Charmaine was outstanding. We truly felt welcomed special guests not just people who rented a Villa. Villa Teegs was beyond our expectations - beautifully appointed, high standards of cleanliness & extremely comfortable beds! The location to English Harbour is walking distance & the view is incredible. We travelled as a family for a special birthday & made some very special memories. We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending. We would definitely return here when we return to Antigua! Thank You! 😊

Delightful, relaxing vacation spot
What a wonderful place to stay! Antigua itself is beautiful, friendly and very relaxing. Villa Teegs was the perfect accommodation, mirroring the environment. The downstairs living area that opens onto the patio is a delightful gathering place. Shady afternoon naps and relaxing sun drenched pool floats happened on a daily basis. The welcome packet that Debbie sent over was very helpful! Full of information about restaurants and beaches. English Harbour has so many delicious restaurants, numerous within walking distance! Pigeon Beach is also walkable and beautiful. We enjoyed having a rental car and the opportunity to drive to several of the amazing beaches throughout the island. Long Bay was the crowd favorite with gorgeous white sand and excellent snorkeling. We had a dead battery (our fault) in our car the night before our flight out (it was a holiday too!) and I was concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner but we had plenty of offers for assistance (Debbie, the local mechanic, the car rental mechanic and a friendly neighbor)! This truly is a friendly and accommodating place! We will definitely be returning! A big “Thank you!” to the entire Villa Teegs Team!

Fantastic Christmas family get together
Superb villa looking exactly the same as the online images, if not better. The owner was incredibly helpful during the booking process and whilst we were there. Beautifully designed villa with a picture-perfect view of English Harbour. Five minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets and harbour and two gorgeous beaches five minutes drive away. A dream holiday destination- perfect!

The pictures do not do this house justice - amazing!
Absolutely loved our stay here. Debbie the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. She was a pleasure to work with. The house is in the English Harbour area of the island. It's (in my opinion) the nicest area to stay in. The house is walkable to numerous restaurants and such as well as a really nice beach. To give you an idea how great the view is, on some days there would be tour vans that stopped nearby on the street just to take pics of the harbour (not intrusive at all). Charmaine was there when we arrived. She takes care of the house for Debbie. She walked us through everything. The owners clearly did not scrimp on anything. Everything is top notch and high end. We cooked, grilled, ate, drank all while taking in the picturesque view. The showers had great pressure too. Also, each bedroom has AC to make the evenings more comfortable. I literally cannot complain about a single thing.

I cannot rate this fabulous villa highly enough, from the warm welcome from Charmaine to the wonderful views decor and homely feel to this very special place. We have been traveling to Antigua and English harbour for many years now, but this has to be the best villa we've ever stayed in. The location, just out of the centre and yet convenient, the supermarket just at the bottom of the hill, as are many of the restaurants...perfect, Many thanks to Debbie for letting us stay in her family's very personal place...its sublime

I wish I had taken photos of all of the lighting because it was great (and something I'd like in my own home)! We loved staying right above English Harbour. We had stayed on the ocean for our last visit about 10 mins from town, but decided we really preferred being right in town. There's lots of charm and it was lovely to be able to walk to a restaurant or down to the yacht club. Debbie and Charmaine were both outstanding in terms of hospitality and helpfulness.

The villa is really well located, very close to a supermarket and some excellent restaurants. We hired a car and drove around the island, exploring the gorgeous beaches, snorkelling with turtles and rays.

Great villa in a fabulous setting
We were here for the Womens' T20 World Cup and had a fabulous stay. The villa has everything you need and more, with great bedrooms, showers, kitchen and living areas, both inside and out.
It took us about 5 minutes to feel right at home.
The view is to die for and we never got tired of looking at it, particularly lounging in the pool with a glass of wine close by.
Thanks for letting us stay in your home. We had a blast!!

Super stylish, very modern villa with great views over English Harbour
Even before we arrived, Debbie made us feel very welcome and send lots of useful information about the villa, local area and Antigua in general. The villa itself is first rate - top class fixtures and fittings, designer sofas and chairs with an excellently equipped kitchen. The villa itself looks months old (I think it is a year since built) and every room is finished with an eye to design and detail. Small things such as herbs and spices, sun tan lotion etc are all left to use ad indeed, to add to when you leave. Excellent outdoor area with a good size BBQ and table on one side of the pool and a sun deck on the other. The bedrooms were all bright, clean with quality bedding, linens etc. My first time in Antigua and loved it, we went to the Carnival (August) and joined in the noisy, vibrant and fun street parties. A must trip is to Shirley Heights, jus the other side of the harbour, on a Sunday evening. A sunset BBQ that turns into a really cool outdoor party with drinks and dancing until late. In terms of beaches, there are some nearby but I think its wise to rent a car to see more of the amazing beaches, you can choose rural and empty through to tourist, jet skis and busy depending on your taste / mood. Finally, thankss also to the lovely Charmaine who greeted us with a big smile, showed us round and then visited weekly to refresh linen, clean etc. Highly, highly recommended

With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an open concept living area, the house had more than enough space for 6 adults and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our time spent here.
And Debbie and David were the perfect hosts! They provided us with a welcome booklet prior to our arrival that had useful information to help us prepare and enjoy our time while there. They were helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, always answering any questions we had and ensuring we would be comfortable during our stay.
