Immersed in the Apulian countryside, Casale Terranova is a traditional stone house recently renovated, where the charm of ancient architecture is combined with contemporary comfort. The panoramic position offers a view of the surrounding valleys, among fruit trees and centuries-old olive trees.
The interiors preserve the authentic character of the farmhouse and offer welcoming environments: a double bedroom with private bathroom and shower, a single bedroom with a French bed and a spacious double bedroom with barrel vaults and a four-poster bed. A second bathroom with shower completes the sleeping area.
The kitchen overlooks a suggestive cherry valley. The adjoining balcony, furnished with a small table, is the ideal place to sip a coffee or a drink and enjoy the view. The living room, with wooden table, chairs and double sofa bed, offers a convivial space for moments with friends.
Outside, a pergola shades the dining area, furnished with wooden table and chairs. A relaxation area with sofas and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue invite you to experience the house outdoors, from slow breakfasts to dinners under the stars.
A staircase leads to the pool, located on a higher terrace than the house. The pool, about 10 × 4 meters and with a depth of about 1.50 meters, is accompanied by a solarium: a privileged position for relaxing and admiring beautiful sunsets over the countryside.
Casale Terranova is located about 10 minutes from Alberobello and Monopoli, 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast and 20 minutes from the golf courses. An ideal base for discovering the territory and rediscovering the tranquility of the Apulian countryside.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
