This is all located on Muirfield Loop with private patio area with elevated preserve views. With a resort-style private pool, spillover spa, lazy river, water cannon, island lounge area, and more, your family can soak up plenty of sun. This unique home is the perfect home for your next family vacation. Let this home take your breath away as you walk in. The beautiful foyer area will lead you towards the living area and kitchen. The open floor plan will give you stunning views of the pool area from any angle. The home boasts upgraded bi-folding patio doors. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare home meals for you and the family with high-end stainless steel appliances. It also features has a large breakfast bar to enjoy with seating for 6 guests and a dining table to seat 16 guests. If looking forward to relaxing, the living area has ample leather sofa with seating for 12 for you sit back and catch your favorite show on the 70-inch SMART TV. On the ground floor, you can find three king master suites with an ensuite bathroom and a 50-inch SMART TV. There is a laundry room behind the kitchen area with a full-size washer and dryer and sink. Looking to have some fun, step into the converted AC garage and play ping pong or foosball. Lounge out in the Florida sun on the pool area. The custom resort-style private pool features a spillover spa, lazy river, and a water cannon. There is also an island lounge area, a summer kitchen, 50-inch LED TV, surround sound, outdoor shower, fire pit, and 7 sun loungers for you to soak up the Florida sun. Whether it is floating on the lazy river, grilling in the summer kitchen, or taking in the evening by the fire pit, you and your family will have a vacation of a lifetime. Head up to the second floor, where you can find the rest of the bedrooms and amenities. There are three king master suites all with ensuite bathrooms, access to the patio balcony, and 50-inch SMART TV. There is one more master suite with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 50-inch SMART TV. The kids' bedrooms have their own unique features. Let the princesses sleep in royalty with the castle courtyard bedroom which features two custom twin over twin bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, and a 50-inch SMART TV and a spectacular fiber optic lit ceiling. The boys will also have their own unique bedroom with three custom twin over twin bunk beds, en-suite bathroom, and a 50-inch SMART TV. The kid's bedroom will have access to the secret kids' zone. Be greeted by the talking portraits in the secret kids' zone. The kids can play their favorite video game with the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One and 50-inch SMART TV. There is more in store on the second floor. Host a movie night in the private theater room which features an 110-inch projection screen, 1080p theater projector, and leather recliners to seat 9. Our family of 16 spent most of our time at the property. It is great for the kids, who used everything. Property managers should have a better inventory as they did not know what the property had and did not when I called (only knew what owners were required to have). Outside of house was very dirty with bugs everywhere. Trash cans horrible. Inside was clean and comfortable. Owners did a great job putting this place together. Abuse by renters is showing though.

The house is great and very accommodating, however is starting to show some wear and tear. Several of the games were broken and either unable to be played or needed to be reset constantly, the grill fan and outdoor refrigerator were not working and the pool area furniture near the fire pit were so wore out we were afraid to sit on them. The umbrella was missing from the island in the pool as well. Maintenance came when called but some of the fixes were too big ( grill fan), but it seems the property could use a bit of general maintenance repairs.

Pros: The house is beautiful and well appointed! The furnishings throughout the house are all high end, in excellent condition and comfortable. There's plenty of space to spread out and the house comes with a variety of activities for the whole family. The themed rooms/secret playroom are fabulous for the kids! It was great that we all had our own private rooms with en-suites. The pool & hot-tub were well kept and clean. Having 2 laundry facilities and 2 dishwashers was a definite plus.The movie theater was utilized almost the whole time. Cons: After paying an all in price of $1,250 per night, we expected more from the property. Being well experienced vacation home renters, the management and amenities of the property left much to be desired. To start, the internet was hit and miss.We let the property managers know right away and then again days later and yet the issue was never resolved.To have a movie theater that streams movies from the internet that was either offline or intermittent was a nightmare. We ended up using our cell phone hot spots to stream the movies. Two of the arcade games in the game room were broke, however when we alerted management, they did send someone out to fix the next day. Or largest point of contention was that after spending $1,250 a day to rent this place, it came with virtually no staples. In every other house we have ever rented, there has at least been a small supply of your everyday staples. Upon arrival we noted that each bathroom had the remaining roll of TP from the previous guest and 1 small additional one. With a house full of girls, we were hitting up the store in no time. The property management also left us with a small baggie containing a travel size bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 1 dishwasher pod and 2 garbage bags. This is a small consolation gift given that we had 14 guests staying with us. Unlike every other house, this house had no spices, no salt or pepper, no paper towel, no napkins, no hand soap, no tin foil, no cling wrap, no baggies, etc. We had to go to the store to stock the house with virtually everything. Each bathroom did have a small travel shower set. We also had to pay $60 per day in order to heat the pool and or hot tub. You can't heat both at the same time. There is no way we spent $360 to heat a pool for 6 days. We also spent $120 in fogger and bug spray because the biting flies and mosquitoes carried us away come dusk daily. The house backs up to a swamp/wetland area.
