About this house rental
In a beautiful villa 5 km from the sea, we are offering a stunning apartment that has been elegantly renovated and furnished and is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, satellite TV, etc.). Over 150 square meters: spacious entryway, double living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms (bathtub and shower), and three bedrooms on one floor.
Furnished with great care, partly with antique and fine furniture, and partly with new and functional pieces. Terracotta floors, hardwood floors in the rooms, slate trim—nothing has been left to chance or improvisation.
A delightful fireplace will keep you warm on winter evenings!!!... The apartment features a large private garden adorned with olive trees and fruit trees, and equipped with patio furniture, a barbecue, and toys for children (we have two!!).
The house is situated in a picturesque setting above the confluence of two rivers, teeming with geese, herons, and mallards, while roe deer sometimes pay a visit from behind.
It’s just a stone’s throw from the sea but cool and cozy when you return home on summer evenings. In winter, the house is warm and quiet.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay with family or friends that is quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get what you need, then this is the place. Comfortable beds, cool breezes, the sound of the river, and a table outside to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

The house is perfectly located, next to a little river with ducks and geese. The garden is big, there is a trampoline for the children, and a cave to explore!!! The interior is perfectly clean, the amenities work well, there is a bath and a shower, it is the perfect place. The owner, Fil, is great in communication, and answers quickly and is very obliging. We highly recommend.

Beautiful old villa in a very characteristic village. The house is well equipped. Unfortunately on our stay we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house at all. There were lots of dirty corners especially in the kitchen / bathroom.
Maybe this was due to our very spontaneous booking, so that the host didn't have enough time to get everything prepared. But as we were there with a baby and had to pay a cleaning fee, we still expected a clean appartement, which we didn't find.
