The house is lovely and could use a little updating.The vacuum cleaner needs a new bag, the trees/weeds exiting the property on the right needs to be trimmed, it's hard to see on coming cards, and the gutter needs to cleaned. But I would recommend this place, it was nice to be close to town.

Loved the location, yard, Newley painted trim& walls . Very spacious rooms. Furnishings tired , deck new however chairs could use matching cushions . Twin beds old and very noisy should be replaced . Loved the TV’s . Kitchen fully stocked with cooking needs . May stay 2 weeks next year if suggested changes are made ..

The House is located in between the 2 main beaches of Orleans. We went to both of them by Bike with the familly.
The hous is well equiped but appliances are quite old, but worked well.
The basement was the only negative point, a lot of spiders, insects and webs...
