About this house rental
Villa with swimming pool and its adjoining pavilion, quiet and not overlooked, 6 km from the sea and 1 km from the village of Saint Paul and La Colle sur loup. Swimming pool redone in 2018 secured with fence and alarm, private petanque ground.
The wooded grounds are fenced.
The adjoining pavilion is rented with the villa, which gives you a certain privacy if you come to several families.

This is our second time at this villa. We were a group of eleven including grandparents, parents and three children aged 2 to 9. The pool is superb with an additional 2 m square paddle area at the side of the shallow end. The air conditioned bedrooms made the high temperatures at night comfortable . We had a lovely two weeks. Pascal our host was responsive and very helpful when needed. We had a great time and will be back again.

Pascal's house was gorgeous! Our family of four (mom and three teens) and another couple had plenty of space and all the comforts we needed. It was quiet and peaceful, and communication was very easy. One of our favorite things was being conveniently between Nice and Antibes, but also 5 minutes from St. Paul de Vence, a charming village with lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, an ideal home.

Our family really enjoyed Pascal's house. It was very spacious, and well equiped for a large group (10 of us stayed there, and we had friends and family over for dinners). The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The views on the hills are amazing. Pascal and Etienne were very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Das Anwesen besticht sehr durch seine Großzügigkeit und den wundervollen Blick und den sehr schönen Pool. Man könnte etwas mehr Liebe in die Pflege des Gartens und die Sauberkeit des Hauses stecken. Sämtliche Sanitäre Einrichtungen samt Küche sind jedoch im 1980er Originalzustand und bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung.
