I offer for rent a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, with 2 shower rooms, each with WC, ideally located 300m / 3 min from Riells beach, in a residential area, with a large terrace around the swimming pool ( out of sight), a garden with lemon, orange and olive trees, a barbecue area with pergola and large table, you will benefit from comfort in case of very high heat with air conditioning in the large living room, as well as a garage and self-parking space closed on the property.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. With outdoor pool, barbecue area, outdoor terrace, two bathrooms. More than adequate for a very pleasant stay.
The location is great, only 600 meters from the beach. Supermarkets and the city center are within walking distance. So great location.

bonsoir du 02.06.2017 au 15.09.2017 vacances à l'Escala que nous connaissions déjà, maison sympa, cadre agréable, télé nickel (et oui le temps ne fût pas super), piscine nickel, les personnes qui en font l'entretien sont charmantes, quartier sympa. A refaire.

Unser check-in erfolgte schnell, da die Agentur vor Ort war.
Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von dem Haus. Als wir das Wasser aufgedreht haben, hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen, auch mach längerem Wasserlauf ging der Geruch nicht weg und es war gelb. Erst nsch mehreren Tagen war das Wasser akzeptabel. Wir haben den Vermieter angeschrieben, er sagte uns dass es daran lag weil es länger nicht genutzt wurde. Die Toilettenspülung war ständig kaputt. Im Haus gibt es keine Kissen, die Decken waren unbrauchbar und die Betten sehr unbequem. Die Möbel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher. Das Haus wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, in den ecken war es sehr staubig! Den Kühlschrank mussten wir waschen, da war eine Staubschicht (angeblich weil das Haus sarniert wurde, durch die Bauarbeiter). Das Haus ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, überall sind Risse, teilweise zugespachtelt.
Angeblich könnte man im Außenbereich Grillen, nur der Grill ist nutzlos weil der Grillrost verrostet war. Das einzige was an dem Haus toll war, ist der Pool. Der Poolman hat seine arbeit super gemacht, er war jeden zweiten Tag da. Die Poolbeleuchtung haben wir nicht gefunden, der Poolman wusste es auch nicht. Sobald es heiß wurde, konnte man die Außenbereichtür nicht aufschließen, wir mussten durch das Einfahrtstor gehen. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 1 km vom Strand. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt nicht überein.
Der Ort ist sehr schön und der Strand ist toll.
