Ideal for those who want to avoid driving. This one-of-a-kind villa boasts some of the best views on the Dalmatian coast, it will spoil you with magnificent panoramas. Nestled just 8km away from famous ancient city of Dubrovnik. The exterior and interior of the villa discovers a modern style with full equipment to provide our guests best organized vacation. We offer our guests fully equipped middle and ground floor suitable for 9 people 200m2 big. It consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with all modern appliances, 2 living rooms, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 large balconies with magnificent panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms is really special and ideal for loving couples. It offers breathtaking sea view straight from bed. Imagine waking up every morning in total bliss to the sounds of the waves crashing the shoreline eating breakfast overlooking a mesmerising landscape of the glittering Adriatic Sea. Moving to the outside area of the Villa 500m2 big you’re welcomed to an intimate alfresco, a fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ where you can tuck into feasts grilled. A cozy sofa is provided for you to enjoy an ice-cold drink in the perfect place for spending hot summer nights. On pool level you can also find a small gym with large glass open exit with view on the pool and sea. There is additional bathroom on the same floor as well. For your memorable nights next to the pool is a special sight view where you can spend your time relaxing with a view on Zupa Bay .Only 5 minutes walk from the center, beautiful beaches and magical sea views from all parts of villa are the factors that make this villa special and unique. Car is not necessary during your stay. Although we live on the top floor of the Villa. It is very important to mention that each part of villa and outdoor pool area is completely private and intimate as entrance in Villa as well . Guests are granted full privacy in Villa Hortensia. Surrounding area is completely for guests use. (there are no other apartments in the house). Villa features an air conditioning in all rooms. Guests will have access to: free WI-FI, free parking, private swimming pool with massage jets, towels, SAT TVs, washing machine, dish washers, open furnished terrace with sun beds, BBQ facilities ,fully equipped kitchen near the pool, outside lounge area, gym. Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request. Location: Center Mlini-(pebble beaches, restaurants, bars, diving center, kayaks, boats, playgrounds for children)-120m Supermarket- 330m Dubrovnik Old Town -8km Bus station- 40m Bakery- 40m Airport Dubrovnik-8km Free parking is provided right in front of the Villa. We are offering van and private car transfers to Dubrovnik and other locations on request. Taxi service is available. There is public bus line and its driving every hour. In center of Mlini you can find water taxi to Dubrovnik. Mlini is located in an area called Župa Dubrovačka, at the end of lush vegetation, and is 7-8 km away from the city of Dubrovnik. Due to its beautiful beaches and harmonious nature, the agricultural and fishing area is a favorite destination of tourists in love with the warmth of the south and the richness of Dubrovnik's cultural heritage. If you want a peaceful vacation with the possibility of enjoying all the events of the big city and at the same time you prefer sandy beaches this area is an ideal choice for you.

A wonderful villa overlooking the sea and exactly as shown in the photos. Short walk down 100+ steps to the beach, bars and restaurants and the local town. Mid-way between the old town of Dubrovnik and the airport makes this a great location without any need for a long journeys in any direction. 15 minute walk to the local suoermarket but a small convenience store and bakery virtually opposite. MATO, our host, was very discreet despite living on the top floor but was always contactable by phone and there when needed.
If we have a large family holiday again l can't think that we'd go anywhere else.
(the neighbours cat made himself very much at home - probably because we encouraged him)

Mato dealt with our questions very quickly both before we arrived and during our stay ... the whole visit was excellent.

This was the perfect home for us for our long awaited trip to Croatia delayed by two years due to Covid. The layout gave us plenty of space to spread out but had lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering comfortably together. The kitchen(s) were clean and well stocked with all the glassware, utensils and cooking equipment needed. We prepared half of our dinners at "home" using the grill and dining al fresco by the pool which was great in avoiding having to rely on restaurants for every evening meal. Good grocery store within walking distance. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were efficient and very handy. Mato our host was amazing! He helped us with so much more than just making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed within the house. He arranged an all day boat trip for us which was the highlight of our trip. The town of Mlini is so quaint and quiet but very close to busy Dubrovnik easily accessible by public transport. I would highly recommend this property for family or friends!

We rented this villa for a week in Sept. It's a fantastic villa with stunning views and very clean. It's in a great location for restaurants, beach, supermarket, bakery. The villa owner Mato was fantastic, very welcoming and could not do enough to help us, he is a star.
The villa has lots of steps so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties but everything else was great.

It consists of 2 appts on one level interlinked by an internal door, then on the level below by the pool has a large kitted out gym, toilet with shower and larger kitchen with inside table and chairs and also outside eating covered by a veranda beside the pool.
The views are as the photos show-fabulous with a slight breeze. The appts have mostly memory foam mattresses, constant hot water, fully equipped and very spacious.
There are 2 sets of steps to the promenade along by the waters edge and its a 5 min walk to old and new towns where there are cafes, restaurants and bars.
The small local supermarket is 2mins walk and a larger supermarket is in the shopping centre in new town-10 mins walk.
Mate was a fabulous host-he organised a private boat trip for one of our days and it was SOO worth the sl extra costing. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with including ordering Uber’s .
I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough and even when 2 more friends joined us it never felt overcrowded. The bus stop is outside the property and Uber and water buses are all so easy.

This property is fantastic for a family with children or 2 families staying together. Hereby warmly recommended.

Fabulous location
Great location near shops, bars and restaurants. Minutes walk away (down stairs) from the sea and amazing playgrounds for kids of different ages. Stunning views from the apartment. We were a family of 5 - 2 grandparents; 2 parents and a 2 year old child . We had privacy if we needed or a communal area. Place was immaculately clean. Close to Dubrovnik and airport. Mato our host was charming and knowledgable about the area . Recommend this apartment very highly.

Fabulous!
Five of us spent a wonderful 10 days at the villa in early September.
Everything is brand new and it is well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. There is a kitchen, bathroom and shower on the ground floor, which is very useful when spending time around the pool area, where there are plentiful sunbeds and seating areas - and a beautiful sea view that you would never tire of.
Mato, is the perfect host and provided us with much local information. We took him up on his offer of arranging boat hire for the day during which we visited several islands and stopped for swimming and lunch.
The villa exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Hortensia.
