In a privileged environment, Apartment of 93m2 in a quiet area and surrounded by a Mediterranean park (mimosas and eucalyptus)
Magnificent direct sea view from most of the rooms, terraces and garden, facing south.
Large rooms with high ceilings.
Triple exposures, very bright with private garden and direct access to the swimming pool of the small residence (8 apartments).
Fully equipped apartment for 4 to 5 people (or even 6 if children): air conditioning, wifi, large screen TV, living room with dining room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds in one and double bed in the other) and sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine...), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 toilets. Optional linen rental 25 euros per person
Enclosed parking and garage in the residence.

A lovely spacious appartment with a good view of the sea. Comfortable and well equipped . It’s in an excellent location being close enough to La Croisette to be able to walk into the centre of Cannes but away from the crowds and noise. We were met at the property by Malika, a very helpful lady who looks after the property. We would like to go back!
