Location was great 5 mins from main station and less to the underground
The bed room had a lot of mould and also the bathroom

The hotel absolutely did NOT have bed bugs, and I had been concerned due to media warnings about bed bugs in Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean. The location is great due to easy access to trains and subways, walking distance to famous landmarks.
Breakfast price was steep, 12 euros. There was quite a bit of street noise at night.

- Location near the east and north train station, close to the metro and at walking distance from the Sacre-Coeur cathedral and the Montmartre. Apart from that neibourhood nor really firt choice for a city trip.
- Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Not much variety but good and tasty.
- Helpful staff.
- Considering the hotel prices and the offered services in Paris, this might actually be a good vlaue for money.
- The rooms were narrow. We could barely place our suitcase.
- Basic equipment was lacking (e.g. no bin in the toilette for pads).
- Lift went up to the 4th floor. We hat to move our suitcases up the the 6th floor up the narrow staircase.

Great location if you want to be close to the north and east stations. clean and good for the price.
The beds are a bit small and bit too soft matrices, but nothing too bad. Everthing fine considering you are in Paris and the price of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Location wise, it was good.
The room we stayed in was not good at all. TV not working all the days we were there. No toothbrush/ paste provided . No hot water for tea in room. No lift to go to 6th floor that we lived in.

convenient location, they stored our bags for us all day the next day
it’s not a dislike, just be advised it’s small - c’est Paris!

Good location, close to train station and metro, with plenty of patisseries and restaurants nearby. Clean.
The elevator did not go up to our floor. it was hard, and dangerous, for two old ladies to navigate a tight spiral staircase while getting luggage up and down from our room.

Location is right near a metro (+/- 300m) which is great. The area is lively and vibrant at night. Room was very clean. Although we didn't do the breakfast, it did look very good and good value for your money.
The wifi wasn't great. There was a lot of lagging.

I really don't know if there is anything to like.
I was supposed to stay in this hotel in November. However, I had accidentally made the booking for a wrong date (completely my own mistake) and contacted the hotel the very next morning to ask if the date could be changed. They replied immediately, acting very sympathetic, and told me the change could be made. However, once I tried to contact them about it, they completely ghosted me. I tried making the change via booking.com as they originally told me to do – no response. I tried emailing them, several times over the period of four months – no response. Nothing. No matter how I pleaded, they entirely ignored me.
I never got to the hotel. The money I had paid was lost. And even today I haven’t heard a single word from them.
I have been to Paris several times and always received absolutely lovely service, so such dishonesty, such utter inhumanity, felt especially bad. I hope to warn other people of this place, these guys are not to be trusted!

Excellent value continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Skylight over the room providing extra natural light. Close to Gare du Nord and metro system made arrival/departure from Paris by Thalys & Eurostar easy as well as sightseeing.
Room was very crowded having both a double bed and single bed, however this would be great for a small family. Room was wheel-chair accessible on the ground floor with the door being in direct line-of-sight of the street, albeit at the very back of the hotel, reducing privacy when the door was opened. However if you need wheeled access this would be a good option.

Wifi was not top.

Good location gorgeous pastry shop on corner for breakfast and metro at bottom of road. Also about 10 min walk from gare du nord. Hotel room cleaned daily, luggage storage. Comfortable and just what we needed.

the location is awesome, only 2 minutes away from metro. nearby a lot of good restaurant, even if I want to walk to famous landmarks also possible. room is small, basic, but clean and has everything necessary.
even after you put on the no disturb sign, the cleaner will still go in and clean the room. a bit of a shocker. but nothing happened, just, they ignored the sign.

Easy check-in, good breakfast, nice bar opposite,
Bathroom was no bigger than a phone booth - but that's normal for central Paris.

The location was great, the bed comfortable, wifi super. Hot water non stop. Peace and quiet during day and night. You can leave your luggage after checkout and take it later.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is good.
The bathroom was too small in an annoying way and there was no mini bar in the room. However, the staff invited me to put my juice in their fridge.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in good location. Room was a good size. Close to Gare du Nord and with easy metro access.
We had booked a twin room but when we arrived they said they had none available so we were given a double room. The lift goes to half floors so you need to carry your bags up a half flight of stairs.

Lovely little independent hotel with friendly staff. Room was a generous size and we had room for our baby's cot. Hotel is in a great location, if you like walking (as we do even with a pram and backpack of baby things) it is central to all of Paris' arrondisements you'd be wanting to visit. We had a great time in Paris and the hotel was certainly part of our experience.
The bathroom was poorly planned. The sink is huge for a very small bathroom and makes getting in and out of the shower and in fact really doing anything in the bathroom cumbersome. The room was also very hot and with only a fan it was just about bearable.

no aircondition, just an old fan, the shower had mold, we struggled with communication in english
