About this house rental
Coast at Middleton Point is a classic 3 bedroom beach house, updated in a contemporary style. Great location - just a short stroll to the swimming beach, Middleton Point, Tavern, bakery, general store, playground, tennis courts, bike track and popular cafe Pipi. It offers 2 queen and 2 single beds, a split system air conditioner and fans in the living area, coastal views from the main rooms and elevated back deck. Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary sparkling water, tea and coffee. Just over an hour from the city and close to all attractions of the Fleurieu district, our holiday home offers an ideal beach getaway for couples or families. Guests are asked to supply own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) This is a non-smoking property. Strictly no parties or events. Minimum age of 25 years for primary guest booking the property. Not suitable for pets.

Great property, back deck with views to the ocean, everything you want, within walking distance to Tavern, Pipi’s coffee shop & beach, added bonus wifi and plenty of room to entertain friends.

Lovely and cozy place, we had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there were so many amenities available - a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, plenty of crockery and cutlery, a washing machine, gas BBQ and a good-sized TV. Additionally, the nearby general store, pub, and bakery were just a short drive away, making it incredibly convenient. The property was well stocked, and the overall atmosphere was very homely. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Great place with a fantastic backyard for the kids. BBQ was a plus, TV set-up great with Foxtel and Netflix. Only downside was no sheets, no towels which was a pain to bring all linen down with us! I also noticed a lot of dust that had piled up in the window frames and on top of door hinges/cupboards - good hospitality lies in the details and this is one I didn't expect to get missed :(

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It is walking distance to the beach, bike trails and the Middleton Train station. It was very clean and the beach view is nice from the deck. We would stay here again.

Lovely, clean, beach styled house! Perfect for what we wanted in a holiday house with small kids. We enjoyed the enclosed yard for the kids to run around, lovely decking area with a view of the beach, short walk to the Main Street, beach and playground!
Very glad the owners reminded us to bring linen however!!
We would certainly stay again!

A very nice place, well equipped.
Thanks guess the weather wasn’t the fault of the hosts, but the wind exposed a few rattling windows.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in this very comfortable property which had everything we needed for a lovely family break. Great location and really accomodating hosts - loved the wine and choccie treats! Thanks Andrea and Mark.

Beautiful, well decorated property so close to the beach. Was a perfect stay and so safe for our 18 month old baby.

A great place to stay. Location is close to everything and the holiday home is clean, well equipped with a beautiful outdoor area to watch the sea. Loved sitting out on the front porch as well catching the afternoon sun. Appreciated the welcome gifts.

A great holiday home for a family
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, tidy holiday home. Sadly the weather wasn't kind and we didn't get enough opportunities to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space on this property, but we loved the vibe of the house and the surrounding town.
The beach here is very seaweedy, which we don't love, but it just meant that we drove to the nearest surf beach instead of walking.
The view from the home, the thoughtful host and the stay were all wonderful.

A Great Getaway
We had a lovely time in this clean and well organised beach house. A short walk to beach, coffee and tavern. A short drive to Port Elliot and Goolwa. Already planning our return.

Peaceful part of the neighborhood, close to the beach and lovely trail walks and rides.Kids rode to Port Elliot and we met them there for coffee.House had all we needed and very comfortable and clean.Host thorough and available.Happy customers!

Fantastic
We absolutely loved our stay over Christmas! In a great location, spacious, clean and family friendly. We loved the sea views and comfy bed, and the kids loved the lawn to run around on and the outdoor shower. The thoughtful host Andrea spoilt us with wine, coffee for the Nespresso machine and jams, and gingerbread for the kids.
