Rooms are clean and nice, very classic decoration and they have all you might need during stay. Resturants are nearby.

Being Christmas eve, the owner left a christmas card and a bag of chocolates for us, which was a really nice touch! The bed was comfortable and you can see farm animals in a nearby field.

Great location, great price and the host was lovely to deal with. Will stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Though the staff gave me information for accessing my cottage upon arrival, the check-in time was supposed till 9pm and I expected I could make face-to-face check-in when I arrived before 8 pm. Since it was dark and it was not easy for me to identify the location of my cottage when once I drove into the site, it was suggested to give clearer guide or provide the floor map to indicate the route to find out the assigned cottage like in my case, indicate the route path from the reception to my cottage As the cottage was spacious and well equipped with tableware and cooking utensils, I expected the stove was an outstanding one but I need to find it in the cupboard

The cottage was clean and very homely, I would stay here again.

The communication could be better ; ie some more written instructions would help. We received a text during the afternoon saying you are number 2. There was no name attached so we presumed it was a wrong phone phone text. When we arrived and the office was not open we rang the owner and then received a text asking if we had found the room. We then found the text was the same as the midafternoon text and found our room. The room with kitchenette had knives but no forks and spoons not sure how we were supposed to eat food. On checkout the office was unattended but there was an atm on the desk which we swiped the card for payment. There were no instructions. Just a few instructions would have made the experience so much better.

The staff was amazing! Though he didn’t show up in person, he friendly greeted us with text message. It really make our stay more enjoyable.

The bathroom door was not functioning well during our stay.

Its a beautiful property that worked on every smallest detail of pure bliss of stay and joy or booking the place. It was the most amazing stay with everything equipped. Would most definitely go back again x

The pictures are very deceptive. The cottage looks good in the pictures.

No door in the bathroom, it was broken and kept in the lounge room so that it can fall on the guest anytime , dirty curtains , smelly kitchen , No internet , not working TV ,couches were filthy and yes bed bugs .

Great little hideaway just off the GOR. Comprehensively equipped, with great finishing touches like flowers and fresh milk.

The location was perfect. Our booked accommodation let us down last minute so we booked Eastern Reef Cottages late in the evening. They were really accommodating and met us for a late check in. Cannot thank them enough.
