About this villa rental
This stylish single storey villa is a converted Portuguese finca, located in the exclusive Carvoeiro Clube with its fabulous tennis facilities. The villa has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and modernisation and offers superb, spacious accommodation of a high standard and is set in beautifully maintained, mature gardens with a private (optionally) heated swimming pool. A delightful internal courtyard and a large roof terrace provide additional areas in which to enjoy this marvellous climate. The bustling village of Carvoeiro is a five minute drive away and offers a wide choice of restaurants, shops and a marvellous sandy beach. The local golf courses are approximately 3km away.

Back again for the 4th year and already booked for next Summer so obviously we love this place. As ever it was a wonderful 8 nights and Lisa is a great host and Cristina keeps the place spotless and is lovely.I’ve written before about some recommendations so let me add a couple of new places - Monte do Mar is close and food is good and Bernardo is delightful - had 2 good meals there.Ferragudus Terrace in Ferrangundo was another new one this year - highly recommend - great food and cocktails - excellent Martini O Barradas still our favourite spot and consistently wonderful - Bruno and the team are the definition of hospitable and Wildwatch was another great morning seeing wild dolphins - it’s one of the highlights of our trips down Arvad wine again good - took some guests to a tasting and was great and they’ve added some wines to their portfolio since our last trip there 2 years ago - there’s so many good vineyards in the Algarve now and a number close to the house so if you’d like wine make a visit and Apolonia supermarket has a good selection available too Already thinking about where to explore!

The villa was superb - nothing we could think of that had not been included or thought through. Beautiful seating areas, well stocked kitchen, easy access to town centre. Christina did a wonderful job of looking after the property and Lisa was a wonderful host, responding quickly to any questions or queries. Went as an extended family with 2 young children and had one of the best family holidays we have had. Hoping to return next year.

This was our second time back to this villa and it was exactly as last year, perfect - instant relaxation upon arrival.The villa is well maintained and clean, the pool and gardens immaculate.We hope to return next year.
