Bad

Everything is outdated. Staff does not know English. They are incapable of meeting the simplest request such as to give you a more comfortable pillow. They are rude, treat you disrespectfully, talk in bulgarian amongst them while you are there asking them something. I do not recommend. This should normally be a 2 star. The shower was leaking, the fridge was making a terrible noise. I could not empasise more...stay away from this location.

Superb

Loved the location and the hotel and the staff where very friendly, nice and attentive.

Couple of minor things the door to the balcony didn't locked fully the bottom half didn't lock and as a result the room was getting too hot and didn't keep the cool from the aircon. The aircon could do with upgrade also as hard to switch on and off.

Amazing staff & location, very basic stay.

Staff were absolutely lovely, the lady on the reception (Daniella, I think?) was so sweet. The location is very good, central but quiet, beach very close. Nice balcony with good views. Diligent about cleaning the rooms & came around to offer every day.

But… The shower never worked, we were told it can be an issue Sunny beach wide around 6pm, however, we had no hot water at any stage, water switched itself from boiling to freezing (99% freezing) randomly. it was bordering on dangerous to shower! Air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned, we both could feel it in our chests.

Superb

Nice hotel, Great location, close to the beach as well as the center. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The main star is Dani at the reception. Always with a nice attitude and a smile ;-)

A pleasant stay. We come to this hotel every year. We recommend it to people who want comfort and a

very close to the beach and shops, cleanliness, very kind and helpful staff, compared to other hotels in the resort, this hotel was very quiet, overall quality-price ratio

The water from the shower was very cold or very hot (like a Scottish shower), also, the shower battery was not stable, the furniture a bit worn, the remote controls for the TV and the air conditioner worked very hard.

Nice and helpful staff, sometimes no hot water

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location of the hotel is excellent, beacuse it is close to Sunny Beach.

Sometimes there was no hot water and we could not shower because of that.

Good location, the ladies on the front desk were very friendly.

The property allows dogs on the premises. Very polite and nice ladies on the front desk. Close to the beach and grocery stores close to restaurants.

Wasn’t anything bad to share.

Nice location, kind people but weird plumbing

Nice location - really close to the beach, some restaurants and supermarkets Very kind and responsive staff - we had some issues and they answered the phone and fixed it immediately Quite clean - making the beds and taking out the trash daily - changing towels and bedding ~ every third day - and always with a nice attitude and a smile A small pool for 10 people (and some kids) - the water was cold because it is in the shadows of some trees, but clean! They have a chubby and talkative tomcat!

Kinda old stuff and not renewed/restored. Some tiles were loose on the floor. The pillows, the bed and the bedding felt really used. They had some issues with the water pressure, but the most annoying thing was that when we tried to make the water colder it would get in an instant to freezer water temperature. The solution we found was to let the sync run on hot water so when we changed the shower to colder water, the hot water would still run. But this solution butchered the pressure some more. We mentioned the issue and they really tried to fix it for us but the “boiler” would not have it. In the sea view room the sun was shinning through the windows since sunrise making the room red thanks to the red curtains. Not a problem but the drapes were not blackout and there was a lot of light in the morning. In the normal room the sun would shine after 9 - 9:30 and they had blackout curtains. If no new drapes can be bought maybe change them between rooms.

Great location, helpful owners

The hotel is very close to the beach, you can see it from the balcony. This part of the beach is generally nice and the prices for umbrellas and sunbeds have been reduced to 5 leva. The property has a central location but it’s still calm. You can go for walks, there are small supermarkets very close by, a lot of restaurants. The hotel has a pool, which is small and old, but clean. You can reserve a parking space. The owners were helpful. The closest beach bar is XO but they play a lot of loud music around 3 pm. We recommend Blue Bar instead, their coffee is way better too.

It can get pretty hot inside the rooms even when it’s not that hot outside. Taking a shower can be challenging as the water constantly switches from boiling hot to freezing cold, you can rarely balance it. The pool was generally okay but since it’s old, after I leaned onto one of its walls, I tore my swimsuit a little bit, so beware of that. Keep in mind: you may have an issue if you’re allergic to cats, as there are cats hanging around in the garden, by the pool. The owners take care of them, so they come by very often.

Very good

All else was good.

Taking a bath was a hard experience. It was difficult to put the hot water in the shower to a good level and even then cold water was going in. At the evenings, it seemed better than the mornings.

Highly recommended

Spacious and clean room with very clean and big toilet, comfortable bed and a terrace with very beautiful view of the sea. The receptionists were very professional, veeery friendly, too much kind and helpful for any info you might need. They deserve to be Managers of the hotel :). The hotel is only steps from the beach, so the location is great, and you don't need to bring all equipment on the beach; you can go back in your hotel for whatever you like to take or miss without bothering the distance at all. Around the place there is no loud music, the bars are fairly distant so you can get good sleep. I got more value for money, definitely!
