A great rental property which suited our stay perfectly. Will definitely rebook when visiting again next year.

Its location to the bars and restaurants in the area. A communal pool for the residents in a very quiet area. All areas of the home were very clean.

Absolutely nothing.

Disappointing.

Great location, but you really need a car.

The house is very poorly equipped. The towels are very old, as is the bedding which smells of strong detergent. Fortunately we had brought washing liquid with us so were able to wash everything as the property has a washing machine. However even then everything still had a lingering odour. The beds are very old and uncomfortable, only one toilet roll was supplied and no tea towels or kitchen rolls. The cutlery is very old as well. Fortunately we had a car and know the area so where the nearest supermarket was. If you didn't have a car you'd have a problem as there is only one small shop within walking distance. The cleaning cost payable at the property of: € 160.00 needs to be made clearer and in my opinion should be included in the overall price, likewise the late arrival fee of: € 50.00 Also when we arrived the house was freezing cold and took three days to warm up. It had obviously been shut up for a long period and needs to be opened up regularly especially over the winter months. The shame is that the house doesn't need a lot of money spent on to make it fantastic. However until this happens I wouldn't bother booking it. There are lots of other properties to rent locally and in Quesada etc.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE- IT’S DISGUSTING

Location

DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE…IT’S DISGUSTING. Was charged €160 for our “stay” on arrival to the house. This was not advised on or after booking, only when we arrived. No kettle, despite asking for one at least 3 times. Was told by Sabina that she was on holiday. Watered down washing up liquid and a tiny amount of watered down liquid soap in downstairs shower room only. One sheet of kitchen roll left and no towels to dry the dishes. When I complained about my feet being filthy having walked indoors with no shoes, she sent a photo to me on WhatsApp, showing 2 bottles of cleaning fluid on the outside table “proving” that she had mopped the floor. There was a dried up cockroach in the corner of the kitchen floor. There were ants crawling on a plate in the kitchen. I have video and photographic evidence of all of this but might not be able to show it on this site. The plates, cups and glasses were in the sitting room, not the kitchen. The iron didn’t work properly, spitting out liquid onto my top as I tried to iron it. There was a comb with hair, left in the drawer under the bathroom sink. Weeds all over the garden, when all other gardens in the area were spotless. Wasn’t advised about the roll down shutters so the curtains in the bedrooms were so thin that the morning sun flooded in. Ruined our stay. I can only show 4 photos below, I have many more.
